Checkpoint Aldi: Good one, although it's some way from Checkpoint Charlie. Very convenient location. Great for grabbing one of Aldi's good value sandwiches and a cold beer from their chiller. Great for grabbing everything else Aldi stocks really. Great prices of course! Don't forget to take a look at the history they've put up on the walls. They should do more of this localisation in their stores.

Great place to buy snacks. So different that what we have in Wisconsin

Love the underground location, always a great option for snacks, bakeries or fresh drinks at busy Friedrichstraße.

Fresh breads and other grocery items

This Aldi supermarket is located directly in the middle of the business heart of Berlin, the Aldi in the Friedrichstrasse is a new one and one of the top adresses. The supermarket is smaller than the normal one and has no parking lot, but it's only 3min far from the nearest Metro/U-Bahn and S-Bahn-Stations ... better than ever! the tourist current don't kown the place, but the locals love it! Impressive, the tiles in the typical Aldi-style! You will love it, indeed.

Large store, only popped in for a few snacks and drinks for the hotel room. Good selection,

Just another Aldi. Although they surprise me with having a title and selling tourist stuff with that logo. Mugs, pens, etc.

Günstig Lebensmittel einkaufen in der Nähe des Brandenburger Tors? Dieser Aldi in Berlin Mitte in der Friedrichstraße schräg gegenüber von Dussmann ist aktuell ein echter Geheimtipp: Der Großteil des Supermarkts ist im Untergeschoss versteckt. Von der Straße aus lässt sich nicht erahnen, dass hier ein normalgroßer, normalgünstiger Supermarkt zu finden ist.

Als ich in der Mittagspause dort war, waren weniger als fünf andere Kund*innen im ganzen Supermarkt und es gab keine Schlange an der Kasse. Ein Traum!

Ideal für einen kleinen, schnellen Snack in der Mittagspause zu vertretbaren Preisen.

Sehr gut sortierter Laden und endlich mal wieder ein sehr freundliche Kassierer der auch grüßen kann danke und auch Wiedersehen ich war sehr positiv überrascht und komme gerne wieder in diese Filiale

Schön großer Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl.
Es gibt genug Platz auch für Menschen im Rollstuhl oder Kinderwagen.

Wenn man nicht genau aufpasst, dann läuft man daran vorbei.
Der Eingang ist im Stile von Aldi Nord gestaltet, Treppe und Lift befördern einen in das Kellergeschoss, denn da erstreckt sich das eigentliche Geschäft.
Baulich bedingt ist die Verkaufsfläche eher beschränkt, aber nicht klein. Man bekommt aber alles, was das Sortiment hergibt.
In meinem Falle habe ich alles bekommen, dank der Hilfe der freundlichen Mitarbeiter.
Kurzum, ein Aldi an der richtigen Adresse.
