Bough a used laptop off of them, which had flaws, but the price was still a bargain and it fit my needs perfectly. I was surprised by how well this beaten up laptop was packaged, came with extra stickers for the keyboard, and a charger on top. I didn't expect all that for this price, nevertheless it was a great surprise. Needles to say the shipping was shockingly fast as well. If I could, I gave 6 stars.

Very fast delivery and the item came in a better than expected condition! A+ would recommend and buy again! Only negative is that sometimes the images on the listings do not match 100% the item being sold. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of the items share common defects and it would take a while to catalogue them all with 1-to-1 pics. However, if you are into refurbished tech please give it a try.

Really happy about my purchase - ThinkPad T480s. It exceeds every expectation I had. Barely noticeable laptop was used, battery in good shape (tested so far 5h+) and I got the laptop at my door in ~24h!
I also really enjoy the laptop itself- it's a great piece of hardware.

I had an issue with delivery though. The curier didn't bring the laptop up to my floor, neither waited for me downstairs. He/she just put the box in the elevator and sent it up to our floor while I was about to go down to pick it up. I can't really get my head around about this.. how can someone do this w a 700+eur product..

I ordered an X1 carbon on Thuesday late in the evening. Delivery arrived to the Netherlands on Thursday, just how they said. Boxing was perfect, that could even prevent any damage after a huge drop. The laptop officially from 2018 november, technically from 2019 febr, then was used for only 13 charging cycles. I hardly find any traces from using, not even dust or dirt on the screen or underneath the keys! Happy to find your webstore!

I have bought several laptops from this store over the years and the quality of the device and the service have been always great. If a family member or a friend is looking for a laptop this seller is my first recommendation.

(already published in their other Google page) When my X230 failed they were so receptive with the warranty, and made almost no questions. They just told me to return the laptop to them, and right after a week since they received it, I had it again in my home in Spain. The laptop was not only repaired, but also with a new keyboard (the previous one had two broken keys, but it was my fault) and totally cleaned up, so in much better condition than what I initially sent to them. Only problem is that their "1 year warranty" is in fact the so called "Gewahrleistung" which is NOT a FULL 1-year warranty, conditions change after 6 months. However, this confusion is only a problem for foreign buyers like me (I'm from Spain) as German-English translators will output "warranty" when you input "Gewahrleistung".

The product was bought from their eBay store. I would buy again and I'll be recommending their store to friends as they also offer return service if you don't like how the laptop comes (I don't remember if they pay for the return shipping, but anyway PayPal has a service that refunds the return costs).

Notebook works great, battery holds 4 to 6 hours while browsing or using Word, would be nice if the Ethernet-Dongle was included but in a total I am very satisfied.

I have no complaints, the packages are securely packed, they arrive quickly at your home address. All praise.
