Rathaus Galerie Essen

Came for the carnival. There was a small stage with some Funkemarie dancing :) they all did a great job for entertaining, not forget to mention that the youngest was 8yr old.
I guess the event went for 2hrs but the time just flew past. I enjoyed the show very much and in the end the new couple threw some lollies in the crowd 👏thumbs up👌

A small mall compared to the other malls in Essen are. The mall offers something for everyone with affordable options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the mall is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained. I was also pleased to find plenty of dining options, including both fast food and sit-down restaurants. Overall a positive experience. Decathlon resides inside the Rathaus Galerie.

The new decorations look awesome.

Beautiful place to see and experience the famous German Christmas markets. The place is crowded but the market is Soo big that you don't need to wait too long in the line.

Gut place to find parking

A very nice mall/gallery for go with friends/family/etc and eat, enjoy time, walk. I recommend because its also in the center of the city and it has bus and train integrated and that makes it easier for tourists to go.

Huge parking lot with a very cheap parking fee, lots of shops inside, very clean and well maintained. Loved the place and highly recommended

Super... affordable prices

I really love this place. Eat ,love and pray. Do your shopping massive decathlon, real ,dm and many more stores are here. Eatery joints are also good. One can spend 4-5 hrs here. Good tram, train and bus connectivity

Nice place to shop, entertain and spend some nice time

One of the happening places in Essen with good good transport connectivity. Some big stores like real, decethlon, etc for shopping, many options to eat makes it one of the places for evening walks or Saturday fun. Would love to visit again and again.

Clean and spacious shopping mall. Easily accessible by car, bus or tram. The U-bahn station is connected to the mall by a walkway. Located on Porscheplatz, this shopping center adjoins the Theater im Rathuis and the City Hall. Well-lit, a plus point is the mall has clear signage and direction signs. There is a food court with different cuisines. The fountain with water effects on the Lower Ground floor is a beautiful feature.

Very very nice and new indoor shopping street. Would not call it a shopping centre more like a passage. Clean, good condition and great service in most shops

I liked it the best during Christmas. Everything was really cheerful and happy surrounding. Tasty food and crowded :)

Good place to hangout and shop. Good connection with public transport. Has a foodcourt too. Direct in the city center. Always enjoy being there
