I went in to exchange some stockings that I had bought at another Calzedonia for some that I had seen online. I had no issues with the return. The team was able to locate the stockings, which were not available at a different store. Everyone was very friendly, and the store was neat and organized. I will shop here again.

It was located by the Asian gourmet right next to one of the main entrances.

Der Laden ist in Bezug auf die super schönen Bikinis nur positiv zu bewerten und ich hätte liebend gerne viele von ihnen anprobiert der auch gekauft. Nur leider ist der Laden so schlecht klimatisiert, dass ich ihn einfach nur noch schnell verlassen wollte.. schade!

I arrived on 2 March 2024 at 10.45am only to find a sign saying “Pause until 11.15am”. 45 minutes later, at 11.30am, the shop attendant was still not back from their “pause”. This is quite unacceptable.

Es ist ständig Pause, wenn ich schnell mal etwas holen möchte. Da kann man sich das Geschäft am HBF auch sparen, es nervt.

Heute um 17.20h dort gewesen. Zu
Geschlossen mit Hinweis auf Pause bis 17.40h, ok. Aber um 17.50h war immer noch zu. Sorry, geht gar nicht für ein Geschäft im HBF!

Wir waren heute gegen 12 Uhr am Laden, welcher geschlossen hatte, wegen einer Toilettenpause. Gegen 12:28 Uhr kam dann eine sehr genervte junge Dame, die noch nicht einmal grüßen konnte und ich auf ein freundliches Hallo ein schnippiges hallo zurück bekam- sorry aber da vergeht mir das shoppen. Ich würde mich über freundliche Verkäuferinnen freuen.
