The shoe collection is excellent, with attractive offers and a staff that is both friendly and helpful

They have a good section of hiking shoes: unlike other shops in Berlin, there is a good diversity of products, and prices are quite reasonable. There are occasional good discounts. The consultant in the hiking shoes section is also very friendly and leaves customers enough time to think, the advice is qualified and not importunate (which is the case in very “professional” shops). Thanks!

The staff I talked with was wonderful! The Store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but did their best to help me find a solution, and they came up with multiple clever ideas! Really good out of the box thinking.

I sadly don’t remember the names of the two staff members I talked with, both were women and behind the information desk/checkouts on the ground floor. Absolutely can recommend this store, they were really competent!

Big store on 2 levels with a lot of products. Ordered my shoes here and they arrived and were delivered as expected.
Located in Mall of Berlin, the store is big, clean, full of products, with friendly staff and very good decent prices.

A pretty good selection of German brands. I got a cool Deuter backpack in discount.

Had a wonderful time there today. Sam was super friendly and helpful in giving advice for the shoes! Will definitely revisit :)

Orders from their website a pair of shoes and never got the shows.
When I contacted their support team by email they said the delivery failed (using DHL). When I asked if I will get refunded they said it will be refunded when the shoes will be returned and sent me a return label to add to the shipping.

I never go the shows,,, how can I return them?!

In the meantime, I made a new order for the same shoes this time to a DHL packstation in hope that it will work this time.
Same issue.

When I called their service line, they did not speak a word in English.
The last representative asked me to wait and hung up the call after 30 seconds.

I liked that the employees doesn't come to you to annoy you into buying something that you don't like
It's not hard to find anything in there because everything is already organized in really good way that makes sense to anyone

They have everything. I only recommend to have more staff on the floors. I was looking for someone for ages

They have lovely sales and discounts here, sometimes obvious, sometimes you have to look for them.
