Great experience with my Swapfiets. Since the first moment, very friendly employees willing to answer all the questions with a smile. Cancelling the subscription and returning the bike was also very uncomplicated. The bike worked 10/10.

Good service and the bikes are good if you’re looking for something temporary.
Honestly I hate them on the long run
The good thing is that, if your bike needs repair, they’ll just give you a new one.

The sales personnel at the shop in Holstenstraße 167, Hamburg, were very helpful. Not sure though why they charged a two-month fee right from the beginning of the rent (plus an additional € 15,00) if the minimum duration of the contract is one month, and I rented the bike on the monthly basis?!
