I recently visited my local GameStop store to purchase a few new games for my gaming collection, and I must say, the experience was delightful.

Мне очень нравится, я фанат видео игр, я раньше удивляться когда я видел вещи видео игр в других магазинах, ну когда я увидел GAME STOP, я думал что я попал в рай видео игр! Там есть почти всё што я люблю, приставки, игры, кепки, книги, джойстики и много чего другого! Вот что я уже купил:

Ich liebe den Laden GameStop alles rund u ms Zocken,was das Herz begehrt..!! Das Personal ist super drauf, hochgradig Kompetent und sehr versiert auf Ihrem Gebiet..!!! Vielen lieben Dank für die vielen Jahre in denen ihr uns mit Rat und Tat so zur Seite steht wenn wir fragen oder Probleme hatten oder haben. :;))))

Die Mitarbeiter hier sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass sie Ahnung haben von dem was sie tun und verkaufen! Ich fühle mich hier gut beraten.
Der einzige Nachteil ist die etwas geringe Größe des Ladens und dass es manchmal voll werden kann. Ansonsten super

Sehr gut. Nur leider zu wenig Personal um beraten zu werden, wie überall. Gropius Passagen gab es nicht was ich gesucht habe, darum bin ich nach Neukölln gefahren

Kurze Info zu dem Kommentar des Users mit dem Namen „nichtwichtig“. Offensichtlich scheint es sich um jemanden zu handeln der diese Filiale denunzieren möchte, denn bei GameStop ist es üblich bei gebrauchten Spielen, sollten diese Kratzer (Gebrauchspuren) aufweisen, eine Schleifgebühr anzurechnen. Wie hoch diese Gebühr ist hängt vom Spiel selbst ab und hat keinen festen Wert. Ferner ist ein Angestellter nicht verpflichtet einem Kunden zu zeigen wo diese Regelung vereinbart ist, dafür gibt es AGB‘s auf die ein Mitarbeiter hinweisen kann und wo diese zu finden sind. Diese negative Rezension scheint eher einem kindlichen Trotzverhalten zu gleichen, als eine objektive Hilfestellung für andere Leute.

Top Filiale. Sauber. Ordentlich. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Und es gibt immer mal wieder coole Aktionspreise. Ein Pflichtbesuch vor oder nach media markt für jede(-N) Gamer(-in)

Ps ein Mitarbeiter ist zwar ziemlich verpeilt aber der ist super nett und macht sich immer besser. Die Geduld mit ihm zahlt sich anscheinend aus.
