These guys are awesome in helping me find what I need. I did the classic mistake of ordering ddr3 instead of ddr4 memory from a different place. This was the only place open on a Saturday evening close enough to where I live where I could get some ddr4 memory and the staff were super helpful making sure that I was getting the right memory for a good price!

I lost my power supply pack and tried to buy an interim solution in various other electronic retailers in Hamburg and none of them could help. The guys from the notebooksbilliger store at Hamburg Mundsburg gave me a replacement from the exhibit right away - no hassle and no worries! They not only saved my day but also made a trip to a conference possible which I could not have made without the power supply unit! Best customer service ever!

Great Store friendly sales staff lots of new technology but the firecuda sshd I was looking for was not available since they have to restock since just opened again last week.
