Wir waren heute bei einem Event im Hamburger Store. Super nette und bemühte Verkäuferin (Vera), vielen Dank für deine tolle Beratung. Und zusätzlich gab es einen richtig tollen Goodiebag. Kann die Schuhe und auch den Hamburger Store sehr empfehlen!

Habe heute im Store Sneaker gekauft und ein weiteres Paar bestellt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Die Sneaker sind echt klasse und tragen sich super!

Bad experience.

Without informing the guy working at the shop inserted the used shoe that was on the shelve (with traces of usage) into the box with the pairs that I wanted to buy. He tried to sell it to me to the original price.

Before paying I checked the shoes inside and surprisingly saw that the shoe had traces of usage - the guy then told me „I can make a discount“.

Pointless action from him - destroying the good reputation of the brand with such actions.

Keine Begrüssung, Beratung oder Nachfrage ob man den zweiten Schuh/ andere Größe braucht.
Wir waren alleine im Laden und die Bedienung war mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Da bestelle ich lieber im Internet - sorry. Den Weg dorthin kann man sich sparen.
