I had an appointment for computer Tomography on my foot. They took me in immediately. I didn't wait at all when I came. But I had to wait around 25 minutes for the DVD. The Nurse was super nice and friendly. I can't believe I had such a pleasant experience in a German hospital.

I had to go here during my trip in Berlin. My condition was serious and I got the best possible help a person could get. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and professional. A big thank you by Maria (I believe that was her name ) who mad everything she could to get me well again ! Highly recommended !

I don't really understand where all the negative reviews came from 🤷‍♂

I've had an amazing experience with super friendly nurses and doctors, and everyone spoke good English (well not the person responsible for meals, but he was still friendly and we could communicate with basic words and signs:D)

The emergency staff were awesome and reassuring, and then I had to be checked in and the 4a wing staff were very helpful and kept checking on me and asking if I needed anything.

The hospital and facilities were clean and hygienic.

I visited this hospital a year ago and my experience was similar.

Overall I had a really positive encounter, and I hope that I don't need a hospital in the future, but if I did, I'll definitely come here.

Went in with what seemed to be kidney pain/infection. Got treated super well, nurses and doctors. Thank you very much, my first time I'm an ER, and glad I chose you.

Great hospital with very friendly staff. Came to the emergency room at 8pm and got treated immediately, had surgery the next day without a problem. Almost all doctors and nurses speak good English, listen to requests and are always available for help. Can only recommend. 🙏🏼

Good clean hospital with friendly and helpful staff. English and German speaking. Was seen within 10 minutes by a knowledgeable doctor, after being turned down at every other GP practice because I am not a german resident. Paid a fee of €10 and then another sum for my prescription at the pharmacy. EU health card accepted.

This hospital is excellent. I had to have a last minute surgery and the doctor suggested this facility. They took care of me in a timely manner and the staff was extremely nice. Lots of English speaking nurses and Doctors. I upgraded to the 2 Bed Room for 85€/night, since I would only be one night. I have had lots of crappy issues with hospitals in the past (AVOID CHARITE EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING, GO SEE A VET FIRST). I really cannot recommend this hospital more. Simply put they take care of you when you need it the most.

Here I am writing about my experience on the 4th Floor. ..... 5 STARS for being Friendly, Welcoming and Efficient. I was dealt with in the nicest possible way. I know where to go next time I need help and am sure I will not be disappointed. From the welcome at the reception to the nurse and the doctor that saw me I only have the nicest things to say and can recommend them unreservedly.

Doctor and staff was helpful.
There is no pedeatrician/kids doctor here, so we were referred to another hospital after completing the inital checks.

Hospital management at the hands of professional people such as Dr. med. Lydia Hottenbacher she is Chefärztin der Zentralen Notaufnahmen Franziskus Krankenhaus and organized the special problem of my son in a very fast and positive way. Thanks

All the nurses speak excellent English, I was so surprised! Also zero waiting time in the emergency room as of my experience. Wow!

Came to the emergency room and got nice treatment. The hospital is clean and has many English speaking nurses and doctors.

Just passed by . Went to the roof cafeteria got to the free wc and it was clean and simple . Wonderful saving lifes experience .
