The store has a wide variety of shoes for men and women, sandals and mini tennis shoes. The store is easily accessible from the street with no barriers. One cool thing that they do at the store for euro $.99 is they, as the German say “impregnate” this shoes so that they, resist dirt and dust and possibly keep water out of the shoes. They put it in a machine that does this. My family has purchased shoes at the store several times, and you get excellent advice from the sales people. They have handbags and socks as well.

Wide selection of shoes. Large shop. Friendly service from a Russian sales lady. She was helpful, efficient and friendly. I was trying to buy a pair of waterproof boots 🥾 during our winter European holiday, and was deciding between a pair of Geox or Timberland boots. Went next door to Timberland and the service was disgusting (non-existent) so I went back to Shoe City and purchased my €200 boots without any hassles. Thank you 🙏

We were traveling from the states and unfortunately hadn’t brought water-proof shoes. We came right at opening; and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The shoes were well-priced and they waterproofing for the shoes was only 3,99€. Would recommend to travelers as they spoke English and were ready and eager to help.

The attendants were helpful in providing the right shoe size and recommendations, after trying several sizes. They are also cordial and welcoming

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und Serviceorientiert.

Frau Heinrichs ist der Wahnsinn. So viel Engagement und Hingabe habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt. Es ist schön zu sehen, wenn jemand Spaß an seinem Beruf hat und ich habe zudem tolle Schuhe gefunden.

Ich weiß garnicht was die anderen Kommentare hier suchen! Top Beratung und extrem Kundenorientiert! Ich wurde von Fr. Quensel ausgiebig beraten obwohl ich ihr es nicht einfach gemacht habe :)
Kann Shoe City nur empfehlen hoffentlich treffe ich Fr. Quensel dort immer an :D.

Gut sortierter Schuhladen mit großem Angebot.
Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Viele bekannte Schuhmarken (Gabor, Tamaris, Vagabond, Regarde le Ciel, Apple of Eden usw.)
Die Verkäufer sind kompetent, beraten ehrlich und sind sehr freundlich!

Trotz Corona eine freundliche Bedienung. Genau das passende Modell meiner Lieblingsmarke. Als Zusatzservice noch eine Imprägnierung, und an der Kasse ein spürbarer Rabatt auf meine Markenschuhe.
Das war mal eine gute Erfahrung.

Ich habe eine exzellente Beratung erhalten und werde dort immer wieder kaufen. Eine große Auswahl an Markenschuhen, auch mal zu einem günstigeren Preis.

Keine Minute im Laden gewesen und schon kam der erste Berater / Verkäufer, sehr aufmerksam, nicht aufdringlich und sehr höflich. Selten so einen guten Service im Einzelhandel erlebt.

Zum zweiten Mal innerhalb eines Monats dort einkaufen gewesen. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter und eine tolle Auswahl an Marken Schuhen. Komme gerne wieder...
