It was all so good.
People are so kind and helpful.
Rooms are so clean and was cleaned every morning.
There is no noisy out or other rooms.
It is easy to communicate here because it is so near to Metro (U Märkisches Museum) station and you can go almost anywhere in Berlin.

Very nice rooms and helpful staff. We were able to check in more than one hour early and could get a breakfast box prepared since we had to leave before breakfast opened in the morning.

Awesome choice for travelling in Berlin, you can easily walk to almost any interest point within 15/30 minutes or take the metro or bus from stops located just next to the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the staff extremely kind

We were very happy with our 1 week stay at the Park Plaza Wallstreet. It is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms - a good value, especially being part of the Radisson hotel chain.. The breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold items and with fresh squeezed OJ on request! The staff were pleasant and helpful with questions and locations. The location was perfect for our needs - adjacent to Museum Island and a very short walk to 2 U stations for easy access to the rest of Berlin. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin.

Stayed here with my friend while we were on a little vacation from the US. The hotel is beautiful, the room was gorgeous with amazing windows as it’s in a historic building, I think. I was obsessed. The staff was amazing as well

The hotel is charming, with excellent services. We used the U-Bahn to move around ( 4 min walk). We felt the hotel was little too far from everything because, after walking all day, you looking for a place to have a drink or restaurant seem too far out, same for the historical places.

Also, since all hotels are pushing to reuse your towels and help the environment, please at least add heated towel racks; damp towels can become breeding grounds for mold.

A truly great hotel for a great price and in a great location! A beautiful old building renovated and styled in a modern fashion with quality materials. Friendly staff were very welcoming and helpful. So easy to get around the city whether on foot or via the U Bahn. Very close to all the popular sights so it’s a great spot to call home during your stay in Berlin. Would return in a heartbeat!

The room was clean and spacious, also really silent. Overall the hotel is located on a quiet street but in a close walking distance to the sights around Alexanderplatz. The staff was really kind and helpful. Our favourite part was the breakfast, so complete and everything tasted so good. The hotel also had meeting/conference areas, bar, and a room that could be used as cinema. They also had a few snack dinner options, but there so many good restaurants around. We definitely recommend and would love to repeat the stay.

Very well located. 5 minutes walking from metro, 15 minutes walking from Alexanderplatz. The room was comfortable, staff was really helpful, we had a minor issue that was sorted within minutes. Breakfast is expensive but you have nice coffee shops around.

Perfect for seeing Berlin. Within walking distance of many tourist sites and only a stone's throw from the nearest U-Bahn station to go further afield.
Clean, modern rooms, very comfortable beds, great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Small touches like offering us an umbrella when it was raining was very thoughtful.
I would have liked to dine in the hotel but sadly, the restaurant was closed in the evening during our stay. Recommended.

Having stayed in Berlin 5 times , this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in.
Room was perfect plenty of room, big tv, big bathroom , fantastic location right between 2 u bahn stops , when you walk out the door , if you walk left you will end up in potsdamner platz , go right and you will end up at alexanderplatz. Little shop at end of road and a big supermarket about 4-5 min walk away. Staff were very friendly.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable and I fell asleep easy on it. The bathroom was big and very clean and great looking. The hotel gives it's best to make your stay comfortable and to me it succeeds in that. Very nice bar and dining area. Staff are very warm and welcoming . Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms are nicely designed and reasonably sized. Great location and close to most major attractions. Quiet.

Currently on our 2nd night out of a 4 night stay and so far everything is well deserving of a 5 star review. Room is small but immaculately clean, with very nice shower facilities; modern design all round. Decently stocked fridge in room as well as an easy to use safe. Bar staff and receptionists have been fluent English speakers, so the language barrier hasn't been an issue on our stay. Food is reasonably priced, as is beer, but spirits and bottled water are pretty damned pricey! Overall, excellent!

Beautiful place to stay not far from the center, good communication with the city by underground. Helpful staff, rooms are clean and tidy.

A lovely hotel - not one word of criticism. Our room was well appointed, the bar & reception area are very nice indeed & the staff are courteous, considerate, knowledgeable & very glad to help with any questions on the locality. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here or to recommend to others - excellent.

Nice interior decorations, bar and restaurant. The check in was very quick and simple which helps a lot considering you’re tired from your flight or you simple want to hit to tourist locations. Or go to your upcoming meeting. The room was spacious and had everything I need. Breakfast variety was really good which starts at 6:30am.

Very nice rooms with super comfortable beds. Fun Wolf of Wallstreet theme! Excellent breakfast options and several restaurants very close by. No on site restaurant but available food delivery service options. Close to train station and several bus stops.
