Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, Berlin

Recently stayed here for one night with my dog. The hotel was extremely accommodating, giving me a blanket and food bowl for my dog, treats, shampoo, poop bags. Outstanding service. We also got there way early, but they had our room ready in no time. Front desk staff were very friendly and our room was clean and spacious for 3 people. All in all a great experience, would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect and in walking distance from all main attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood too. The rooms are clean and big, the breakfast offer is generous and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to the bartender, who prepared some special signature Negronis. Very 😋

I booked your hotel for my husband's birthday and it was more expensive than I usually pay. But it was well worth it. Everything was lovely and the room very comfortable and breakfast excellent.

Having travelled from the UK on the train I particularly liked your sustainability policy.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been so pleased with a hotel stay. It felt small and cozy, but at the same time very professional and beautiful. The staff, everyone from cleaning to reception, were so friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast, especially the mushrooms! The only downside was the heat, our room never really cooled down even at night, even though we could hear the air conditioning trying hard. But I don’t think global warming can be blamed on you guys. All in all we were so pleased and will definitely want to stay with you again next time we visit Berlin!

Great hotel, centrally located close to all main places to visit. S Bahn train, S9, direct from airport to 100m behind hotel.

The best hotel in I had in Germany, such a top notch yet cozy and feel good hotel.
Firstly, the team went beyond and above helping us during our stay. Our group felt very taken care of. Small details like bubbles and gummy bears upon check in made my day.
Secondly, great location - walking distance to all attractions, best museums, restaurants and well connected S-bahn.
Last but not least, I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with so many delicious and home made options. The day to explore Berlin couldn’t have started better. And coffee is good too ;) we also had a couple of good drinks at the bar before finishing the day

Excellent hotel conveniently located. Very helpful multi-lingual staff and I appreciated the late check-in with complementary snacks being available for all guests. Enjoyed a buffet breakfast with good variety and high quality. Will definitely seek out this hotel again for my next visit.

We stayed six days in the hotel and we had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful; the premium double room was clean, large, quite and very comfortable for three people. We felt like at home!
The hotel is great to visit Berlin, so near to museums, restaurants and public transport.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with the family and friends, very nice and professional staff at front desk and all personnel, clean and renovated ,spacious rooms, beds , bathroom. Great location ,very close or 1-2 min walkable to all shopping and dinning around . Had a great time by exploring Berlin . We enjoyed to stay in this hotel , definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff. I arrived late at night and the kitchen was closed. They made me a sandwich, no charge. The rooms are clean, spacious and relatively quite. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to most sightseeings. I would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, Berlin.
The room was spacious,the bed comfortable, the room was quiet and the people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. At first I took all this for granted but, after staying at this hotel I traveled to several cities and then returned to Berlin I had to stay at another hotel that had a vacancy. At each stay in a new hotel I appreciated my experience at Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza even more.

We booked a larger room and we’re not disappointed. We had a large living area and separate bedrooms with a massive 75 inch flatscreen TV in the main area and one almost is large in the bedroom. It had tea and coffee facilities, which was very welcome, and a high-quality Bluetooth Sound system. It’s close to great restaurants and Only a few minutes walk to Museum Island or Alexander Platz. Overall first-rate

The hotel Classik was the perfect stay for our Berlin weekend trip! Excellent location (very close to public transport), clean & attractive rooms. Friendly staff who made us feel very welcome, in particular Suleiman who gave us great advice on where to go and accommodated to our every needs! Would definitely stay again.

You could hardly find a better place to stay when you visit Berlin. Very close to major attractions, restaurants, museums, coffee shops, you name it… In addition, excellent attention at all times, and the best breakfast you could imagine. Special thanks to Dunja for her personalized attention during breakfast.

My family and I stayed here for three nights with our nine month old son and it was splendid. The staff was amazing and the rooms were really nice. You cannot beat the location and we are looking forward to returning.

Location, rooms, personal, everything was great! Absolutely recommend! Only at the breakfast they could offer variety between days. The options were tasty but we ate the same things everyday. At least the hot options could be changed, otherwise eveyting was great.

Perfect location, big rooms, amazing shower with perfect pressure!! Great noise proof windows - was so quiet in the room... Nice staff, the only disadvantage is the two sperated beds instead of one double bed, but this was known prior to the booking so nothing to do on that. There is mini bar in the rooms which was important to me. Great value for price,for Recomended for your visit in Berlin
