Café Haidhausen - München

I loved the atmosphere and the team - very nice. I really liked my non-alco cocktail too! It looked and tasted amazing.

Food was a bit too mild for my taste, but I think it is very subjective - most people in Munich will find it perfect, and it is made very well - buns are crunchy, fries are very good, vegetables are fresh. Maybe my fault was not using the pepper mill kindly provided to me. If you prefer milder foods - this would be a great choice for you.

So all in all - definitely recommend.

It can be useful to reserve a table as this place can get rather busy. Great food and breakfast options... Nice atmosphere 😎

Popped in by accident and a lovely find. We had coffee and apple cake with custard which was fantastic. Great coffee - Kenyan I think and staff super friendly. Great decor

Spontaneously found this cafe while walking nearby and ordered Kaiserschmarrn with coffee, guess what it turned out to be the best one I had in Munich.

Great staff and a wonderful place for a bunch of old Uni friends to meet-up after too many years! Reserved a table in advance via Messenger and finalized the number of people just days before. The table was available and they didn't bat an eye when we had a few extra people who joined us. Everyone founds something tasty to eat and drink, too!

Popped in spontaneously. The Waitresses were friendly and accommodated us without a reservation. Breakfast was hearty, healthy and hot. ❤

Very nice place with awesome staff in every regard, including a sweet terrace. LOVE the vegetarian beyond burger! Undiscernable from meat. This is the future of burgers for everyone with a conscience.

I went there for dinner with a friend a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed everything about the cafe. The interior is basic but very cozy especially when the lights come on in the evening. The menu isn't overwhelming but has a bit of everything - burger, veggie burger, soup, pastas, one thai curry. The staff was extremely and genuinely friendly. And the homemade rhubarb and mint lemonade was delicious! I don't live close by but I will defi come back here.

Perfect breakfast in a very nice location. A kinda cozy but spacy at the same time.
Very friendly service. The menu card for breakfast is big enough to find several appealing dishes. And prices are reasonable for the really big portions.

We were there on a Sunday night and in need of a late dinner. Paul, the bartender was fantastic. We were traveling from the US and were without our bags. He suggested a couple of nearby places to go for clothes for the rest of our trip.

The food was priced MUCH better than our hotel and the touristy restaurants on many main streets. The quality was excellent, the atmosphere was quiet, dim, and very chill. We loved this place and will visit again next time we are in München.

Went there for a traditional German breakfast after being recommended. Good white sausages and pretzel for a good price. The speak English well and are close to the station. Good for tourists if you want to experience traditional German breakfast

Great outside court seating for late and extensive breakfast eating in lazy weekends in summer. Wide choice of fresh breakfast options, particularly the Munich White sausages were tasty and fresh, the Brezn superb. Good fruits and Musli options. Coffee strong and good. Very friendly staff, and fast service. Highly recommended!!!
