Brilliant record shop with a wonderful, friendly owner who is clearly very passionate about music and the store.
Super clean and easy to pick through the records. If this was in my city, I’d be there every week. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Super well stocked store. Real awesome service. Extra boxes were brought out for me to nerd out with. Water also provided for my doggy. 10/10

Wide range of genres from jazz to electronic. Reasonably priced with a friendly owner.

A plethora of records in various genres, even completely foreign ones. The store gets a lot of light on sunny days, the rows of records are enough far apart and the place doesn't feel cramped. Be warned that regular credit/debit cards are not accepted, EC cards or cash only. Still, it's a very pleasant experience every time I visit.

Fantastic selection! A lot of hard to find gems from many different genres in excellent condition! The owner is very knowledgeable of a wide spectrum of musics and is an acute listener who dives deep.

Great record shop, really old school stylish type of shop. Florian the owner speaks great English, and is willing to help you with any enquiries you might have. Good prices, vast amount of records. Definitely worth a visit! Lovely run vinyl record shop.

I visited all the shops in Hamburg. This one is the best in town. The owner is very kind, helpful and smiling, and the shop got a large selection of jazz, jazz funk and soul. And check the prices ! Cheap like I was in a dream ! Thanks from France !

Definitely my favorite record store in Hamburg, it's full of great music at fantastic prices. Had to go twice, for like 3 hours, to fully dig the treasures it holds.

Germany is probably the best country in europe to buy records, and this is one of the best record stores in the country.

The best record shop I've been to since I've been here! Fantastic variety, plentiful stock regardless of genre, and friendly staff. I could have happily stayed for another hour!! I definitely recommend Slam Records to any vinyl enthusiasts out there!

This was my favorite record shop when I visited Hamburg. Owner is really nice and helpful. Wide range of genres and reasonably well priced. Mostly 12 inches and CDs. Not many 45s. I'd return if I'm back in Hamburg.
