Incredibly European and sweet as can be, this place was worth every penny. Rooms are surprisingly roomy and very clean. Charming window views of the courtyard. The best part was the staff who would bend over backwards to help you. Be aware the website doesn’t shift easily into other languages and can be hard to book directly.

Convenient location in Freiburg. I have stayed in this Hotel twice in the last 4 weeks. Rooms are modern, clean, and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. I also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for dinner and breakfast - excellent food and service with a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Freiburg.

We were very happy with the place and we will stay there again. Loved the food and the service, everyone was super nice and made their best to speak to us in English since we spoke no German. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the dining room very convivial. This place is packed for dinner by locals so you know it is good. I will stay there gain for sure.

Really nice rooms and prime location especially for the price. The rooms are equipped with all you need, are very spacious and bright. The hotel is cosy, It almost feels like you’re staying at your grandma’s. The restaurant is also nice with a very friendly service :)

The food is amazing!!! The cook can make even boiled potatoes and vegetables taste absolutely delicious! That is truly artful. Everything I tasted was exquisite, every time! (And I ate here over 20 times, as I live nearby)

Good place for big and small groups to enjoy an extremely good tasting dinner. Had the special; the lamb was cooked to perfection. Had the tiramisu for dessert, and it tasted fantastic as well. Husband had the Schnitzel, which was good, but, of course, he liked my lamb better and ended up eating half my plate :) anyway, the waitresses were friendly and were pretty good making everyone in our party of 16 people happy. Will try to visit again soon. Big thumbs up.

Great hotel, great place and amazing people.
If you are ever in Freiburg and need a nice place over night, this is the on. It is not fast from the main station, you have the tram directly in front of the hotel, and the location is nice and quiet.
The rooms are spacious, simple and modern, but most importantly they are incredibly tidy and clean.
Service is great.
They also have free parking.

Very nice small hotel with a good restaurant. The rooms are a good mix of traditional architecture and modern style. The overall atmosphere is nice, warm and cosy. You find many surprising details, like a small graffiti on the corridor or unexpected pieces of art. The restaurant offers good local food, abundant portions at very fair prices. The personnel is kind and friendly. Overall, a place to recommend, both for staying over night and for eating.

Good restaurant for our so developed habit of stopping by at friday after work for the daily dish! We love the salad dish and the the innovative and creative dishes!

Great place to stay! In Freiburg for a conference, so staying with a group of colleagues, and all rooms are comfortable , warm and unique ! The food in teh restraint is superb and the local beer is delicious and varied! Would highly recommend

I was in Freiburg for a Night and i needed accomodation.. It was the cheapest i could get.. Just 58euro per night.. The room was very neat.. tidy and well heated.. I recommend

The is one of my Favourite reading places in Freiburg. Als good honest wholesome food. You will always leave having eaten enough.

Very beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Usually full, but the staff is proffesional and you dont wait for long.

Lunch with a salad or desert buffet makes a great deal for 8€! Vegetarian and meat dish each day!
