Nice experience. Place was clean, seats where big and comfy, sound was good. Can't complain after being there a couple of times. I'm guessing I'll be watching blockbusters here :P

PD. I've been here a couple of times more. They made renovations to the lobby and it's even better.

Air conditioning! Really needed this summer. Friendly staff, comfortable seats. Big choice of soft drinks. Sound and image quality good!

By far the best movie theatre in Freiburg. Among all the movie halls I have been in Freiburg and other similar sized towns CinemaxX is by far the best. Big cozy seats, large screens and friendly staff. Unfortunately most movies played there are in German and not OV.

Comfortable modern cinema with 10 screens. Mostly blockbusters, and in German only. For films with their original language soundtrack, go to the Harmonie or Friedrichsbau cinemas.

Watch movies with no ads in between. This is what I like. You have lockers where if you wish you can lock your items and go watch the movie. I was happy I could watch the movie in English too

It is a good theater with no issues. They even have a slide for the kids to keep them entertained.

A movie theater that plays English language blockbusters and new releases!

This is a great multiplex cinema, place like this can be sanctuary for every homesick expat or international traveller.

In Germany, all English films (and other films in various other languages) are listed as "OV" in German cinemas. "OV" means Originalversion; this title applies to all non-German films. Good Luck!

Good location, usually up to date with all running movies. Just a little dirty sometimes, especially during the late night.
