The staff is very friendly despite the number of people visiting simultaneously. Of course, they have a variety of options for different devices. You can get their help on deciding on a device or even help to trade in your old device. They will genuinely help you without trying to trick you.

Tip: if you’re buying something, have the configuration prepared. Then it’s much faster and can get things done within a few minutes.

I gave it 5 star review because well Apple knows how to lure people in. The branding is on point and the store is eye catching. Not to mention the staff comprises of some of the most nicest people. And I say this because they aren’t interested in luring you with false information. They are helpful, on point and quite funny too. You can pay by cash or credit card and they have everything you would want from an Apple Store.

I had an amazing experience here. The staffs are so nice and supportive that buying apple products make worth it. You will be nicely welcomed and they will help you whatever problems you have. I would recommend to visit here to get great service

Giorgous and huge place, wide variety of products and accessories right on stock avaiable. Stuff is really helpful, although they struggle sometimes with the great volume of visitors and customers, but it is really worth to wait it's your turn, because the salesguys and girls are really kind/nice and supportive/helpful. I do recommend to visit this official store if you are in Dusseldorf ;)

Personally I only had good experiences, had a problem with my phone but since I had brought it less than a year before, I just got a new one. I once went to an event which was very good and whenever J want to try out new products everything is perfect

Fast service and same prices as online

All the phones are good. I recently bought a phone there and it turns out if you make a subscription you can get your phone fixed 4 times a year. I also found out that iPhone bought beats for 60 million dollars. I love the place. You can test all the devices there.

Great place to visit in Dusseldorf with a wide variety of products ranging from computers, laptops, iPad, iPhones and other accessories... Good service with well trained, helpful staff who can speak quite good English.

Friendly and quick service as per usual. I love the Apple Store in Düsseldorf for its friendly and competent staff. The location is roomy and nicely designed. Though I find a bit hard to reach by public transport, if one isn’t from Düsseldorf. Nonetheless full recommendation.
