Always end up buying something from them. Ne2 sets are always available. Did had to wait this time in queue to enter the store but was not more than 5 minutes.

Staff speaks both German and English.

Oh, I love this store! It's very cozy, the staff is really nice, and the choice of goods is very large! I've been to this store many times, and I'll definitely visit it again!

Oi best Lego Store in the surounding area, im talking bout best Lego Store in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands combined. This shit is bigger the your grandpa who retired at 50 and lives in spain sipping only the cheapest liquor there is.

Everything from Monkey Kid to Minecraft is available, they got it all. They even have some older sets that are hard to comeby. Overall a great Lego Store!

After many bad shopping experiences in your city, I was amazed by the staff in Lego store. Everyone was smiling, willing to help, kind, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Cheers to the tall guy with the wavy black hair that took the time to help us personalize a small item of 11,99 euros . The service he provided was top even though it was a very small purchase. Everyone was smiling and willingly helped us to just look around. The girl at the cashier was also a sweetheart . Congratulations to all staff the manager and the company for keeping these high standards and thank you for the experience.

As a LEGO fan I enjoyed my visit at this LEGO store. I saw sets that I haven’t seen in other stores which is nice. You can design your mini figure and have it printed. Staff is also friendly. If you’re a LEGO fan (or not) it’s worth a visit.

This is the place to go while visiting Düsseldorf to get a souvenir for your kids. Very polite and helpful personell

This is hands down of the best Lego stores I have ever been to.

Amazing shop with super friendly staff who are great with kids. Could spend hours here. Kids really enjoyed creating their own mini-figures and the staff were so good and patient with them.

A large selection of Lego products in a clean and brightly lit store. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions. I was pleasantly surprised how many different sets were available in-store including many "Rare" or "Exclusive" Lego sets which are harder to find normally.

In this LEGO Store, you have the chance to create personalized Minifigures.
So, I embarked on the arduous task of creating one for each member of my family. The staff was very kind and patient and, in the end, I did it!

At the time we were in the store it was very busy. Huge range in the store with key items built and on display.

It is always a delightful experience to visit a LEGO store, but this one was one of the best! Such a kindful and helpful service! I've printed my own LEGO minifigure at the store and enjoyed every minute.
