Very good experience there! Nice employees who offered me coffee or water while I was waiting for them to go get the product I wanted to buy. Prices were also better than anywhere else I looked ( I bought a Kobo Libra 2).

I’ve ordered a washer, dryer and refrigerator through them. Everything comes within days and the installers are courteous, on time and professional. I’ve only had seamless deliveries.

My experience with Cool Blue Düsseldorf has been wonderful and unique. I went there to get a USB-C cable for my MacBook Pro. I bought a USB-A to USB-C cable not knowing that this cable had only a 10W output. I went there the next morning and the store was very happy to exchange it for a USB-C to C cable (paying the difference). This cable also did not work. I went to the store the next day and one of the service guys tested out the cable very patiently for me to figure out if the cable or the adaptor was the problem. When we figured out that the problem was with the adaptor, I had to make up my mind if I wanted to buy a new adaptor or not since I’m only a tourist here for two days. When I explained my situation, the service guy was so kind and humble enough to lend me one of his spare adaptor which I used during my stay at Düsseldorf. The store and the town has definitely won my heart! 😁😍

Surprisingly good customer service. I bought a mixer for 60€ and the next day there was a price drop. I contacted their customer helpline and they effortlessly initiated the refund for the extra money. Definitely recommended for electronic goods.

There hasn't been a time when I have walked into the Coolblue store on Düsseldorf's Schadowstraße and not only received excellent service, but they have endeavored to assist me in my native language...that's pretty impressive (and much appreciated)! I find their prices on par with Saturn, and while Saturn is a great store, CoolBlue's in-store experience is way better as it's more open and lighter and that's important for me when trying to figure out what is where without having to walk 4 levels trying to find it. Their online service is pretty good too.

At first I was skeptical about coolblue because it was my first time hearing about them, but I visited the store in Düsseldorf, bought an iphone 13 (for a cheaper price than other stores) and the customer service was amazing, they even offered coffee/tea, everyone was very friendly and helpful, I asked about tax free and lots of other things, they explained everything. Also the store itself is very clean/modern, location is good. Highly recommend.
