I walked in, the attendant was very friendly and helpful. She even tipped us off on how to redeem taxes at the airport at the end of our holiday. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience!

Frau K. Will offered an empathetic, patient and warm service when we shopped here today! She also spoke really fluent English, which I'd imagine would be really useful for non-German speakers. The store offers quite a good range of Birkenstock products to choose from at regular prices. Clean and tidy store with an overall really good shopping experience!

Others are too harsh about the customer service. It’s Berlin, you’re not going to get American level service with fake smiles and overly enthusiastic help. The attendant there was helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. She did ask me to use the disposable socks when trying things on, but wasn’t rude at all.

Selection was amazing, had plenty of sizes and colors and I was able to snag a couple of pairs.

Huge assortment of styles/models. I had a wonderful Scandinavian experience of walking in with headphones on, trying a pair of sandals, and leaving again without being talked to. Or at least I think no one talked to me? I couldn’t hear it with the headphones on.
So it was perfect for me and just what I needed! Great of the staff to appropriately read my vibe.

Was worried about bad reviews. But my experience 2 weeks ago was good. The sales person was helpful to everybody entering the shops. I ended up buying 2 pairs.

I was worried about all the negative reviews, but I went there to buy a pair of Arizona and the lady was very helpful. She helped me pick the right size and answered all of my questions. I can't say anything about the quality of the product itself as I haven't worn it enough to testify.

Decided to get a pair of birkenstocks and looked for a place to buy them. I was put off by the negative reviews, but still visited the same day. To my surprise the service was lovely and the selection was good. I’m happy to report I’m now an owner of a pair of arizonas 🙌

I did the last minute shopping yesterday, when the store was literally closing (it was just me and other lady). The consultant ladies (both spoke ENG) in the store were so patient despite the late hour, helped to find the right fit size and left me happy with another fav Birkenstock 🖤

Profesional advice given me here helped me to buy the insoles that helped me to get rid of the pain in the legs.

Ich war gestern, an einem Samstag, zum ersten Mal dort, da ich mir auch endlich mal ein Paar Birkenstock-Schuhe kaufen wollte. Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns beriet, war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Sortiment war groß.
Die vielen schlechten Bewertungen hier kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen und auch nicht bestätigen.
Mein Ziel habe ich erreicht und mit einem Paar den Laden verlassen.
Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich war Heute das erste Mal in diesem Birkenstockladen. Es war „knallvoll“, mindestens zehn Personen und es kamen immer noch Kundinnen und Kunden dazu…. Ich betrat den Laden um 19:45 Uhr – fast Feierabend und es war nur eine Verkäuferin (Frau M.S.) präsent. Alle, wirklich alle, wurden mit einem Lächeln gut beraten und selbst nach 20:00 Uhr waren ich und andere im Geschäft, bis ich und alle weitere Kunden glücklich waren (ich habe gleich zwei Paar gekauft).

Ich kann hier die 1-Stern Bewertungen in Sachen Service und Beratung Null Komma Null teilen, obwohl ich durch diese, ich gebe es zu, ein wenig voreingenommen den Laden betreten haben.

Die Auswahl ist okay und das Personal mega freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz Stressfaktor hoch 10.
Eigentlich sechs Sterne.

Super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin. Dafür, dass dort ein Haufen Menschen ein- und ausgehen, stets professionell!
Eigentlich traurig, dass sie das alleine machen muss, eine zweite Person wäre doch echt hilfreich.
Ich korrigiere: da ist noch eine Mitarbeiterin gewesen, die aber scheinbar mehr das backoffice oder Lager betreut, da nur kurz zu sehen.

Super freundliche Verkäuferinnen, ich wurde mit viel Geduld beraten und hab mich wirklich wohl gefühlt und war mega froh das die Schuhe am nächsten Tag noch da waren.

Und es stimmt nach drei Stunden waren die Upsalas gut eingelaufen.

Ich komme im Sommer dann Sandalen kaufen

Kunnig,trevlig och informativ personal som guidade mig snabbt till rätt sandaler för mig. Gav även råd på underhåll och försökte inte sälja på mig annat jag inte vill ha. Talade tydlig och bra engelska. Helt topp!

Super lieber Service. Die Verkäuferin hat sich Zeit gelassen und kennt das Sortiment gut. Zu meiner Überraschung passen die Arizona in schmal perfekt, obwohl ich in einigen anderen modellen sonst ein normales Fußbett brauche. So wie dort wünsche ich mir den Service eigentlich in allen Schuhgeschäften. Hier komme ich gerne wieder.

Ich war der einzige Kunde im Laden und habe eine hervorragende und ausführliche Beratung für mein erstes Paar Birkenstock bekommen. Komme beim nächsten Berlin Besuch wieder vorbei, vielen Dank!! 💯
