Onitsuka Tiger - Berlin

I give 5 Stars for the employees, their level of friendliness and customer service is on another level though for German society.

Great store, I know these shoes from Japan. Really comfortable and great style. The staff were also really great, dealt with 2 different men and a woman within the store on 2 seperate occasions and service was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Recently visited this shoe store and I was blown away by the comfort of their shoes! I spent the entire day walking around the city and my feet felt great thanks to the quality of their products. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. As Japanese, I'm very proud that this Japanese brand offers such amazing shoes and service and highly recommend this store for anyone looking for comfortable and stylish shoes in Berlin.

I bought a pair of shoes here. The Japanese male employee who served me at that time was very kind and polite, and I could feel his passion for his products. I am very happy to have someone like him help me choose the best shoes for me! I will definitely visit here again the next time I need to buy shoes.

I skimmed some of the reviews and feel the need to leave a solid 5 star review. This is a shoe store. They have shoes. If you are as obsessed with Onitsuka Tiger sneakers as we all should be, this place is a small heaven. They have a decent selection and my size (the smallest) was available in every shoe I was interested in. A miracle. The staff are staff and attended to me swiftly. There was even some small talk, though this wasn't necessary. Being told to smile is inappropriate and as a visitor to Germany I appreciate that they are their authentic selves, overly friendly or no. Thoroughly happy with my new shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else. Would visit again if I lived here.

The store is great. Love Onitsuka. I read a lot of people saying that the customer service is not good. I disagree. The sales people are just super direct. But they are never rude.

Coolest shop in the area. All my life I adored Tiger and I never had the original ones until a couple of days ago... incredible pair of shoes.
