Always friendly and professional service from both vets and reception assistant, in both German and English. Thorough exams and treatment every time. I was also especially grateful to the vet for identifying a concerning symptom in my dog and sending him for life saving scans at the specialist hospital. Happy to have you in the neighbourhood!

If you don’t have an appointment, the waiting time can be heavy. But even though I recommend them for the love and the way they treat the animal. They are super caring, attentions and loving. Also very very very friendly!

Be patient about the waiting hours, bring some distractions, but don’t give up. It’s worthy in the end. 💜

Very professional doctors who speak English. Ladies are very polite.

This is my favorite practice. My cats were neutered there, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Praxis does not have complex devices, but they offer simple operations.

Very knowledgeable and warm when dealing with my cat and myself (as a worried owner). Waiting times can be long without appointment. Try to get one before going.

They also speak English, which helps when you are new to Germany and just starting to learn.

Everyone who works there is wonderful! My dog’s been getting sick a fair bit of late, so I’ve been there a few times, and he loves them! Also, I’m grateful they speak English :) sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but that’s only because they’re thorough and don’t rush through patient visits. 5 stars in my books, and my dogs too!

Doctor E. Laskawy is a great professional. Very compassionate and pacient with her patients. She speaks good English and she is always very informative and reassuring. I am very happy with her as a doctor of my kitties and I can’t recommend her enough.
