Amazing experience, John and the whole staff were amazing. That was the first time of my shiba with them, second vaccination and I can’t thank them enough how patient they were. Baby girl also did great hehe! ♥

The are great, my dog was bitten and our regular Vet was closed, I called them and was able to go without and appointment,
The doctor treated my dog really well and did all the necessary tests. Thank you so much!

Maria the physiotherapist is very friendly and experienced, my dog LOVES going to physiotherapy because of her, and always seems motivated, we're seeing great improvement of her mobility. Thanks Maria!

We needed to visit emergency vet with my pet. All the procedures were made perfectly. Doctor was very nice to my dog and explained me everything very clearly. I didn’t notice that he wanted to charged me for smth unnecessary.
Moreover, doctor provided all information in English.
Doctor did his best and my pet feels better now ! :)

I feel like I really lucked out finding such a fantasic veterinarian practice when I first moved to Berlin. The staff is caring and competent and try as hard as they can to calm my shivering little ball of nerves dog. Theyve been great every step of the way. My dog hates it here but that's not their fault, haha.

Our dog had diarrhea and vomited for almost 2.5 days. This clinic was the second one that we visited about this issue. The doctor and nurses ensured that all is explained clearly, were great handling the dog, spoke good English. The treatment was effective and the best part - they are open on the weekends. Will definitely go there again with all the issues.

Competent vets, and not too expensive. Some of the vets speak English, which is an added bonus for me. Time and again, they have treated my dog in a professional manner where other vets had failed. Would recommend trying to get an appointment, but expect to wait up to 40 minutes after your allotted appointment time to be seen.

We are new in Berlin and we find this Clinic by chance. I am so glad for it!! Everyone is so nice and helpful! They have a great team ♥ Our doctor also talked with us in English and he explained everything so well, I could understand everything 🙏🏻 I really recommend this clinic 😊

Maria took care of my dog after her hip surgery. We visited the physiotherapy weekly for about two months. Two months later now, my dog; Leah is walking, running, playing in the park like she's never had a broken hip. Maria took great care to make Leah comfortable with all the exercises and was very patient with her on hard days.
I would highly recommend visiting Maria if your pet is in need of mobility training.

They are the best. That simple. Opening days span the whole week. They all speak English. They pick up the phone, they answer emails, they assist immediately in emergencies and provide the most detailed guidance I have ever seen. They care for animals just as owners do - it's nothing short of amazing! They saved my rabbit's life and I will put it in their hands any coming day.

The services of Dr Lenk and his colleagues have always been that of professionalism, even during this pandemic. We have always felt that they handled our concerns with empathy and care. The care of our cats and their individual needs have always been handled extremely well! We feel especially grateful to Dr. Schlosser who has sometimes gone above and beyond in understanding our needs as well as the vet assistants who are just so kind and helpful! When one of our beloved cats had FIP, the staff at this practice did their utmost to help him. As an expat with little German, I feel very welcome and understood here, any fears of how I might be treated differently which is sometimes the case unfortunately, as a foreigner here, have dissipated from my experience here. We’ve been seeing this vet for the last 4 years with three different cats and we will certainly continue to do so. Thank you!

I only have good things to say about the clinic, the vets and the assistants.
Alice, my forever loved Rottweiler, was treated at the Lenk praxis for several year. Everyone has always been kind, gentle and warm.
I would like to thank specifically for Dr. Peter Schlosser for going with us through the hardest times, and being so loving with Alice.
I would also like to mention Dr. Martin Franke who was there with me in Alice's last moments.
I appreciate each and every one of you. I will come back one day when I'll get another dog <3 Thank you

The doctors were very friendly, carefully examined our pet, with good deal of attention. The medication they applied worked the way they said it would. They spoke English. The receptionist didn't speak English but we made it with help of other person waiting there. We got an appointment ad hoc when without emergency and being there for the first time.
From downsides, the waiting room feels small and a bit crowded at times.

Our vet is very helpful in every question we ask so we are happy:)

Dr. Sebastian Metz saved my cats life, she got intoxicated by a plant. Veterinary nurses are super good and attentive, taking care of the pets with much love.

We have had the best experience at Tierarztpraxis Uwe Lenk, and all thanks to Dr. Avraam... I can't thank him enough!! We brought our ten-week old puppy to him after she ate something poisonous and he jumped into action even on a Sunday. She received full attention, the best treatment and all of the reassurance an anxious pet owner needs in a crisis moment like that. I can't recommend Dr. Avraam enough. If you go here please ask for an appointment with him, you won't regret it!!

Wonderful team and competent vets! They helped us a lot with our dog's severe food allergies and we couldn't thank them enough for that!

Dr. Wegner is very sweet, caring and thorough and really cared for our kitty Papi until he passed away. She always called back as promised and was very patient.

They are really nice and check your furry friend quite well. I like their attention and how they interact with the animals! The place seems clean and very professional.
