K & M Computer - PC shop, service and repair

Very helpful staff, speaking English. Fixed my issue in 5 minutes. Turns out it was so minor, they didn't even want to charge, but luckily there's a tip jar ;)

This is my fav shop for anything computers. They will make sure you have the write piece before you walk out. Completely shifted my purchasing from online to this store because of the great advice they give me. I'd rather pay 20 extra euros and walk out confident about my purchase than guess what's coming at me in the mail.

After failing to find an actual computer part store all across mitte, K & M save me by having all the different parts I needed with the latest models. I needed urgently a CPU cooler and this store only of be quiet! had literal all the models. I would totally recommend it ! the store employee even spoke fluent english and was very friendly.

I had issues with my WiFi chip while on a work trip. I was fortunate enough to come across this repair shop… they took time to fix my computer and basically saved my life! Also a big plus: they speak English 🥳 Big thank you!

Friendly and competent staff. They fixed a CPU issue with my gaming PC for a fair price, and I collected my PC back in a few days.

I don't know all their hardware prices for sure, but the CPU I purchased from them was even slightly cheaper than Amazon, which provided the best price back then. Of course, there will be hardware they sell more expensive or cheaper - and it's totally normal. Do your own research.

Overall, I'm very happy about the service they provide and the professionalism.

(Also, they speak German, English, Turkish, etc.)

Super friendly and knowledgeable English speaking people. Prices are very good. I went to them to repair my PC, for a supposed bios update and within 1h they provided me with the exact issue and a solution for my Ryzen 9 5900 system. Ended up buying a graphics card cheaper than listed on Amazon.
Really recommend them for fast service, professionalism and good prices.

Do you change thermal paste ? And also upgrading laptop RAM from 16GB to 32GB ?

Very helpful service. They speak fluent English. They are polite. They know their products and are one can learn much about technical stuff in here. I never want to go Saturn or MediaMarkt again.

My desktop PC broke down, brought it here for troubleshooting. They were very thorough, with checking everything until they diagnosed the exact problem, they always called me to keep me up to date on what new leads they were investigating.
Very polite, great English skills, great technical skills. Highly recommend this place in case you have PC trouble!
