I had a lot of doubts about this store because of the bad reviews. But I placed an order and I can say that everything is super. The parcel arrived very quickly, despite the fact that I ordered to Norway. The quality is excellent. I am very pleased and will order more)

I do NOT agree with the bad reviews AT ALL! Soto Store rocks! I found exclusive Air Max 1’s here ordered and after ordering read the bad reviews so I got scared. Used the chat to get confirmation in regards to delivery and returns. Patrisya helped me who was EXTREMELY kind and polite. She made and kept her promise! I can recommend everyone that has doubts to order to use the chat function and settle your nerves! 10/10 would definitely recommend Soto and 10/10 would definitely order from them again!

This is the best curated selection in all of Berlin. Come here to find all the rare and hard to find stuff you wouldn’t find from the more mainstream stores. The store associates are extremely attentive, and even though I went to their other recommendations, I came back a second time! The associate Taylan was amazing, and I recommend you ask for him when you come to the store. 6 out of 5!

I was wary about buying from this place online because of so many negative reviews! But I decided to email them expressing my concerns because of there bad reviews. I was responded to with a nice friendly person who give me confidence that there business is legit and I would receive my item and if not PayPal would cover me with a refund. So I took a leap of faith. They are in Berlin Germany and iam in Ireland. It was such a great deal I got on a Nike jumper. Cheaper then anywhere else so they have great prices. I was provided with tracking and was able to track my item the whole journey from Berlin to Ireland. It arrived two weeks later and iam extremely satisfied with this shop, there customer service, and they quality and price of there stock. I would HIGHLY recommend and to anyone seeing the negative feedback worrying, let this review ease your mind I assure you these guys are the real deal and I will most definitely be buying again from this place. 👍 10 out of 10

I bought a pair of OFF-WHITE Nike Air Max 90’s in the desert ore colorway from their online store. After I bought it, I read the reviews for this store and I was very worried. I don’t know why thjs store gets such a bad reputation. The customer service person, named Maria, was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. There were no extra charges or anything else I did not originally pay for. The shoes shipped to the west coast of the United States in less than a week, and everything was smooth along the way. Five stars.

I was looking for a pair of Dr Martens Bex Toe Cap and came across a pair at this store. I placed my order but received no order confirmation so I contacted customer service who informed me of an issue with dispatch from the warehouse.
Several days passed and I eventually contacted the store through their instagram page and explained my desire to have the boots as soon as possible.
Martyna called me to discuss my order and sorted everything out for me. She kept me informed and sent a video confirming she had packaged them and followed up with the tracking information. Four days later the docs had winged their way from beautiful Berlin to the unusually sunny Scottish Borders! Fantastic service and a credit to the company!! Thank you so much Martyna! They will be debuted at Harry Styles next Friday! 😎😊😆

The staff is so nice. One of them went through a lot to get me wifi to call a friend because I had no Internet connection on my phone. It was a really kind gesture and I really appreciate her. Very nice staff

Release Day from BW Cream...I was desperately looking online for size 6. No luck. I called the store. The girl was the nicest angel on earth and checked for my size. Nothing there. 30 Minutes later she CALLED ME BACK to inform me, that the small sizes will be available on their website in around 10 Minutes...! CAN YOU IMAGINE!? Oh my heart! Best customer service ever! <3

After many negative comments, I made my purchase with fear. My experience has been incredible. Very low prices, delivery with tracking in 4 days and customer service has been exceptional. I hope it's not a one-time thing and that things are changing in Soto's online business.

Very nice retail store with
elevated basics and streetwear. All in all there is a
wide mix of different designer pieces.
On top of that the salesmen in the Store are very friendly and helpful.
To add on the location is also great (next to supreme etc.)

My experience with a reclamation in the store: I had a discoloration issue with an item which I bought in the store. The staff handled the issue perfectly on the phone and in person. All together: great experience! For me: highly recommended men's fashion store in Berlin!

-Bought shoes, sent in 1 week to France, got an answer to a question by email in 1.5days (don't panic if your tracking number doesn't work at the beginning, it takes time.. Until UPS got the package i assume).
100% Legit enterprise.
Everything works with UPS so better use the UPS apps or website to manage your adress and other thing.

I have no idea why there is so many bad Reviews here, I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size (my fault), i didnt check to see it was womens size instead of mens. I then saw all the reviews and got instantly a bad feeling about the return process, however ofcourse i contacted the customer service as one does. I was replied to within one day by a really nice Girl called Sara who told me what to do. Because i live close by the Berlin Store, she suggested i could take my shoes there and the store can organise my return and save me abit of money. Already i thought that was great. So i go to the store and was greeted instantly by a nice girl called Tam, who handled everything for me. A few weeks later I received my refund into my PayPal. All good in my experience

A must stop when im in Berlin. Aside of what you will expect like Y-3 and A Cold Wall apparels, They always have surprising design items from brands i never heard of. The staff is also passionate and friendly, always a good time.

After placing an online order, my heart sank when I read the reviews and in fairness most of these relate to returns. For the record I found the service very efficient & fast. Placed the order on Sunday evening and received the UPS package in London on Friday morning. I received an email on Monday telling me that Soto had despatched the order, UPS then picked up the baton and emailed me consignment details on Wednesday. As Soto only use UPS to despatch goods my tip would be to set up a UPS My Choice account so you can manage any erroneous addressing details or have the package rerouted to a UPS access point.

One of the best stores i’ve been to in Berlin if it comes about customer service and overall vibe. You can find things in here that aren’t anywhere else around. Super pleasant experience meeting Martyna and Ola. Additional props for Virgil portrait 👑

2 Stores next to each other. i'm talking about the "cheap store". Guys were great, price was great. have not used their online shop but in person? It was a great experience and i found 2 awesome pairs of shoes so im very happy i wasn't deterred by the bad reviews.

Ordered the item on sunday (nike presto), they were shipped tuesday, received them on thursday. I have to recommend this shop, as they are honest about the product and quick in terms of how long they take to ship.
