We highly recommend Dr. Handke and her team. We have been going to them with our dog for the past seven years and have felt that they always took good and responsible care of him. The team goes the extra step to provide detailed information and support, and their recommendations are fair and reasonable. Thank you!

At the expense of more people going to Dr H, she and her team of lovely helpers are first class. That said, be prepared for a very long wait if an emergency situation has come before your appointment. I would deeply appreciate a phone call if my appointment is more than 20-30 minutes delayed (like 1 hour).

Going to this vet is always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, it really shows how much they care about what they do. Dr. Handke was very patient and attentive to my dog, we are really lucky to have found this great vet! Thank you!

Great Praxis and my review is just to encourage them to keep it up. Been going there for several years now with my doggy who hates going to the vet. Staff is always friendly and easy going, professional, and really good with the dog. Fr. Dr. Handke is great and so is the rest of the team: Jessica, Sophia, Anna, and anyone else who’s name I haven’t registered.

I am grateful to have found Dr. Handke and her staff. It was an emergency, so all I could do was choose a vet based on the reviews. I brought in a lethargic cat, in a very critical state. Simply put, she saved him. Yakitori clearly feels comfortable around her ( as comfortable as any pet could feel at the vet ;P ) She is highly competent, but also very patient and caring. I’ve found my vet for life. Thank you, and your entire staff, for your incredible service and dedication. PS. I’m working on my German and I love that ladies at the reception patiently speak German to me. :)

Absolutely fantastic Vet! I trust my best friend blindly with Dr. Handke - she takes the time to hear you and is so respectful with the dog. I Love this Vet . The Team is super and friendly. My Dog is a difficult customer :-) but they have always managed to calm him and treat him very well. Dr. Handke is excellent and very caring. My dog has been there for years and had a few procedures, all successfully completed and the aftercare was super. They try to accommodate you , even if they fully booked. I can only thank them for looking after my dear friend so well. 5 Stars from me for sure.

Everyone is always super friendly, they always take time to examine my cat. My cat is pretty aggressive, but they always stay calm and try to calm her. I have been coming here with Socken for the last 4 years and I always had positive experiences. ❤

Great veterinarian and team! Dr. Handke was the vet of our first dog, and we chose her once again for our second dog. Almost 9 years with her and the experience is always positive. Totally recommend!

Dr Handke and her team have treated our dog since January and we’re very pleased! She and her staff speak English and have taken the time to get our dog comfortable with them and the practice. All three of the appointments we’ve had have been thorough, and the treatments effective. The practice came recommended by friends and we can see why.

Very nice staff and super friendly. They also speak English if you are an expat learning German like me.
Dr. Handke was very helpful and sweet with the pregnant stray cat I brought in for a check up. I was able to walk in with no appointment and see the doctor right away.
The office is very clean and the doctors exam room was also clean, well lit, and comfortable.

Payment is accepted by either cash or EC card.

I will definitely be coming here with my own cat again when needed.

Everything was perfect, Dr. Claudia Handke is a lovely, professional and caring person. The receptionists and assistant too. In addition to patience, kindness, professionalism, everyone speaks English. Also, you can pay by card. 5 stars!

We've been going here for almost 4 years and the practice is VERY accommodating. Great service, decent prices, and they even make efforts to see me when I show up without an appointment. English speaking doctors (two work in the practice) and the staff generally understands. Plus, they all really love my big baby of a dog. Whenever we walk by, he gets excited to go in and disappointed when we keep going. He even whines in the waiting room because he wants to go into the back room so much.

I have been with my rescue Dog since I got her and Dr Handke is her vet to go. Her team is always helpful, patience and helped us when my dog had some serious health issues. Not to say that they speak English. It is better to have an appointment but if it is an emergency her team will try to help your pet.

Great vet! The castration went very smoothly and our cat started playing the same day. I would definitely recommend!

All doctors are really caring and super helpful everytime we do with our dog. They patiently check. Also super helpful and respond over calls and emails as well in case of emergency.

Great doctor. She is the vet for our dogs since years. Not only is she a great doctor and really cares for animals but on top she is willing to suggest other colleagues in case our dogs need a different specialist (eg for specialized heart checks) and takes time to explain what the issue is, which unfortunatelly is rarelly the case with other human or dog doctors :). The personel is also great. I can only recommend her!!
