I was very grateful that I could double check that my dog was ok after nearly choking. It was very reassuring knowing what I needed to do especially as it happened at the weekend so my own vet practice was closed. I also liked the notes the vet sent afterwards. It's difficult to concentrate under stress so it was great I could check I'd understood everything.

Very good service. Having the ability to ask an urgent question to a veterinarian is very important. And when the doctor is as friendly and calm as in this service, it saves a lot of nerves (and in some cases can save the pet's life)

This is a great app and service. Sometimes the wait times for an english speaking vet are a bit longer, but in general, you can get your questions answered promtly. The vets I've had an appointment with are knowledgeable and calmy told me whether we should go in for a consultation in person (dog) or if it is not necessary.

It's definitely good but of course it can never replace the vet visit. Nevertheless very kind and empathetic!

Helped a lot to clarify the issue with my cat, specially given that I didn't know if I should approach ER with him. Thanks!

Eine Terminvergabe war sehr schnell möglich. Die Schritte bis zum Gespräch waren einfach zu verstehen.
Die Ärztin hat sich Zeit genommen und ihr Feedback/Problembehebung waren wirklich gut. Man bekommt am Ende auch eine Zusammenfassung, sodass man nichts vergessen kann was besprochen wurde.

Sehr schneller Termin per Videochat. Vorher können bei Bedarf Dokumente und Bilder zu den Ärzten gesendet werden. Sehr genaue Erklärungen. Ich bin beruhigt und meinem kleinen Racker wurde schnell geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben uns sehr große Sorgen um unseren Hund gemacht und konnten sehr schnell und spontan einen Termin buchen. Frau Gornowitz hat uns die Angst genommen und uns alle möglichen Ursachen erklärt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und habe keine Sekunde das Gefühl gehabt nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr freundliche Beratung und super Service. Die Ärztin war sehr emphatisch und lag mit ihrer „Online-Diagnose“ genau richtig. Ich habe vorab Bilder geschickt und kurz darauf hatten wir einen Video Call. Die Nutzung ist ganz einfach.
Am nächsten Morgen sind wie direkt zum Tierarzt.
