We've been coming to this vet for four months after our dog became paralyzed. We've mostly seen Andrea because unfortunately my German is not great and he speaks English. But we've seen a couple of the other vets as well and have always been able to communicate. We're super grateful!

Andrea is so optimistic and helpful! We always feel encouraged after a visit and our dog loves coming to the vet because he knows he will get some pets and treats. They helped us get through the worst of an infected abscess that our dog had gotten after surgery and they have always been so considerate of the price and giving us cheaper options to help our dog. So glad we found them.

Our initial experience at this practice, with Nora, my kitten, was genuinely fulfilling. I am impressed by the team's high level of professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Andrea was very caring toward Nora and addressed all my questions and concerns with great patience and a positive attitude. The nurses demonstrated lots of kindness, care, and patience as well. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team. Please, continue the excellent work and keep sharing your warm and human approach towards our beloved fluffy friends and their owners. I feel blessed that they help my dog with a huge problem. They were super kind with me, took our case with diligence and saved my dog life with the most professional sense. I have been going here for a 3 years and the staff are always nice and accommodating. The Vets are skilled and always looking out for your pets best interest without “overselling” I have always had a good experience at this place. A big plus that they speak English. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who has a furry friend who’s looking for great place where they don’t try to overcharge. AND of course they’re great to the pets (my case two pugs)

As a new dog owner it was my very first visit with a vet ever and it could not have been better. He was patient, kind and explained everything he did very well and answered everyone of my “anxious first dog owner” questions polity and patient. He could ease my mind and Teddy and I are very happy to have found an amazing vet right away.

So far we only had a few visits, but a very good experience that deserves recognition. The clinic was very responsive by email and provided detailed information about procedures and pricing upfront (big advantage). A quick appointment time was provided despite the nature of our visit not being urgent (vaccination). I communicated with the clinic in German, helping myself with an online translator, but once they have noticed I felt more comfortable with English, they matched me with a fluent English-speaking vet, who was very nice and professional. He has noticed an ear infection that I was told by our usual vet (by examination of the dirt) is normal for the breed. Upon treatment we noticed a huge improvement. Blood test results were sent to us almost instantly by PDF, which was a great experience on its own. What's more, a normal non-EC card (VISA) payment was possible, which is not common at all for vet clinics in Berlin (appreciated that a lot). It was easy to get an appointment for time slots such as 9 AM or 6 PM, which helped me combine the trip with my work without too much hassle. Thank you. I am now considering coming to you with all the usual needs of my pets, even though I live close to another vet.

I found this clinic because my normal vet was not available for castration. I am so happy I found them, specially Andreas, because the treatment has been absolutely amazing. I am so happy with them ♥

They are great, even beyond the clinic. When my 2 rats had operations, Ms. Rotgang scheduled post-op calls to check on their progress. She also managed to pull of an tumor removal inside female genitalia without leaving damage or even stitch marks. Other vets couldnt even tell it was done after healing. She was patient and attentive with my slow german capacity. Even though it was Christmas time. They didn't leave me in the dark. And Andre has just been the sweetest during checkup. Attentive, informative, caring for the rats and very friendly. You could hang around just for his radiant personality. He didnt just answer my questions but also provided extra information what to look out for, how to respond and what options we'd have in case of issues. Much appreciated for a first timer like me. So operations, prices, general service, post-op scheduling... All were simply excellent. I haven't had a single bad experince and my visits have been positive even during risky operations! I recommend the clinic for any rodent owners will full confidence.

I recommend the clinic to all my friends and clients. Our 5 cats have already been taken care of by Dr Andrea and I am always grateful for the affection and attention they receive (humans too!). We are always promptly answered by email (we don't speak German yet) and all procedures and treatments are very well explained. All diagnoses were always accurate. Prices are fair. Great location. They are very responsible with the appointments, they are never late.

Great place to go for uncomplicated and capable veterinarians. You can pay here with any card, they speak English and take great care of their patients. Fully recommended!
