Hi I am unable to get in contact - I have a package I cannot pickup as I am traveling, can I ask it be set aside a few extra days past the 7day limit?

This shop has relocated from the other side of the Chausseestrasse but same people are running the new location. It is now bigger and fancier looking place. Staff is helpful and sometimes there is a long wie outside of the shop as I suppose many neighborhood parcels end up been delivered here.

Service is always good/fast, staff are always really helpful. I really don't understand the bad reviews, use this place at least once a week and haven't had a bad experience.

Immer sehr nettes Personal. Auch wenn die Schlange sehr lang ist, bleiben die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und professionell und sind stets mit Top Geschwindigkeit am Arbeiten!

Ich bin wirklich oft in dem Laden und hatte noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung von Seiten der Angestellten.

Die Kunden sind allerdings öfter mal schrecklich, aber selbst da bleiben die Angestellten ruhig und professionell!

Sehr gute Filiale. Die Angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl immer sehr viel Betrieb ist. Gebe jetzt seit Jahren regelmäßig meine Pakete, geschäftlich wie auch Privat ab und hatte nie irgendwelche Probleme. Weitet so. :)
