Really great place, a hidden gem. Comes with a bar, you sit and drink, meet friends, watch a movie. Love it.

Good spot in Berlin off the beaten path. Cosy atmosphere and cute theater to screen movies. Theater seats are a bit uncomfy I must admit. Bar is nice, bar man was too busy and a little overwhelmed. Accompanied and seated at the bar waiting for the movie and asked for a drink. Ended up serving four others before, didn't mind but someone else might have. At the entrance a cool little machine named the Tilsomat, photo attached. Snack prices are OK. Would come back again for the draft beer and for another movie!

We have gone to the Tilsiter for many years. It is one of the oldest cinemas in Berlin and has a wonderful bar at the front. They produce their own bier. My husband loves the dunkel bier. It is a charming location with a relaxed vibe. Service is always pretty good. Winter can be difficult with the smoking inside, but in summer they open the windows, and there is seating outside. We love the Tilsiter, so we choose to brave the smokey winter atmosphere.

Lovely small independent cinema with good selection of films. Cheap prices and great if you’re not expecting a super fancy but authentic cinema. The bar is nice to have a drink before or after the movie.

Wow, what a great cinema! I was visiting Berlin with my partner and we stumbled across this absolute gem.

Its such a cosy spot to go for a coffee, beer or to watch a film with a really “gemootlich” atmosphere. There’s a really great selection of drinks and films, everything you’d want from a cinema/cafe!

The staff were excellent too. Really friendly, welcoming and professional - especially the two twins! Thank you to them for going the extra mile to accommodate for us.

I will be recommending Tilsiter Lichtspiele to all my friends and family when they’re in Berlin. 5 stars from me!

Wonderful place! Some of my best evenings in Berlin are spent here. The waitress Jo makes great drinks and is very charming.

Awesome little independent cinema, the pub next to it feels like I should be discussing all sorts of interesting, philosophical topics - I got given a loyalty card and I intend to use it! Will definitely be coming back

Super art cinéma and nice café bar too in Friedrichshain. It's been around for quite a long time. Excellent movie curating here. They love what they do.

Amazing place with cheap beer (2.80, no kidding), dive bar atmosphere, good white Russian cocktails in the chill neighbourhood. They do have a cinema indeed, bar is auxillary .

Yes! This is THE place for a real lovely authentic cinema atmosphere and a great, although smokey, bar to have deep conversations with kind folks.

A small cinema with historic buildings and atmosphere. Really want them to survive long!
