Very charming place for beers and food.
The place is located close to Alexanderplatz and offer a variety of snacks and delicious meals to enjoy alone or share with friends. The salads are very fresh and also the coleslaw salad is homemade, tender ribs and a very flavored sauce is always good to enjoy!
It is very interesting the beer tasting bar and the nice and warm welcome from the manager Peter, he can suggest you a bunch of beers you will be delighted matching with your food. It's a place to repeat.

Roaming around in Alexanderplatz, I came across this place through sheer coincidence. It is hidden away right behind the bahn bridge. Enjoyed the Flammkuchen and the beers. The ambience is amazing, with lot of plants and garden stuff incorporated into their lush outdoors. The interiors are just as beautiful and tastefully done. I am aware of the slow service but right now after the pandemic, they are short on staff. It was just 2 people taking orders, serving the food and beers, so not very hard to imagine why service is slow. I even suspect that they cooked the food as a result of shortage in staffing. But they did a great job with a smiling face, even though the stress was visible on their faces. I will surely go back there.

I do search for the hidden gems of Berlin as I am writing travel guides Name BertaBerlin and I can only highly recommend this restaurant. Really loved the delicious food and their Beer tray on which you can try all their self brewed beers 😉👍

One of the most memorable places we visited while in Berlin. We sat on a comfy couch in the corner of the restaurant and had the currywurst, the shnitzel, and the most amazing dark beer we've ever had. Although it was very close to the TV tower and lots of tourist traffic, it still felt like a hole-in-the-wall gem. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic staff and great food. The bier is another level. Rohan and Mandeep were lovely and always super helpful. Would come back any time! Safe and comfortable despite current covid sotuation.

We are from Canada and are visiting Berlin for a few nights. We stumbled upon this bar and restaurant as it was near our hotel. What a great place to eat. The place is well decorated, inviting and extremely nice. Staff immediately attended to us, had us seated, and came to take our order very quickly. Our server, Mandeep S., was awesome. He gave us recommendations and helped explain the menu to us (we don’t speak great German). Mandeep even recognized how my friend was quite hungry and brought him an extra schnitzel. The food and beers were delicious here. Definitely give it a shot if you are in the area!

Comfortable seating and amazing beer. We sat here for hours and enjoyed life. No loud music and no cars passing by. Just a perfect oasis in the middle of Berlin.

It seems that a few people had bad experiences due to the time of year, we had bad experiences at other places leading up to new years eve.
We went to Lemke am Alex 3 days prior.

The food was good, the service great and the beers were even better! Couldn't leave without getting some take away beers as they are some of the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommend the Stout!

Outstanding location. Everything was fine, many thanks again to Mandeep and Rohan, who always had an eye on our orders and made everything to get everything quickly.Nice conversations and very good hand crafted beer. Food was excellent as well, summary: Highly recommendable. We will be there again soon.

Super cool cosy place under the railway. Very good selection of craft beer from Lemke Brewery and not only: from 3,5% Berliner Weisser to 14,5% Russian Imperial Stout. Wide selection of snacks and food. But be aware of barman’s sense of humor)

Best beer in Berlin. We have been visiting Lemke a couple of times and have enjoyed the great beer and friendly service. Absolutely recommend
