Commerzbank

Everytime I come to this branch, i get all my questions solved in a notime. All workers are super friendly, always willing to help and resolve any issues. Though, my German yet is not so good, there is always possibility to discuss things in English.

This is a good place.
Sometimes, and maybe more often than we expect, we need people. These people really helped me with some problems that no digital service could solve. They were so kind and smart. Thank you, I believe in people and places.

I can recommend this bank branch. The service was excellent and completely in English language. My case with the bank was processed within one day, not the default 10 days, so it went very quickly. Mr. Kay was extremely helpful with my case.

Today I was in Commerzbank filiale Friedrichstr. and Mr. Nico Nehring helped me a lot, he handled everything very professionally and was very friendly. I thought it will take longer as usually in all banks (due to the paperwork and etc.) but everything was prepared when I arrived and we needed only 15 mins to finish all the necessary documents / signing. 5 stars!!

My first German bank account it went really smooth and fast all because to a great employee that helped me through all the procedure Mr. Berkay. Great knowledge for the procedures and answered all my questions in perfect English. So expats you know where to go. ..

I have been to this branch a few times. One of the younger colleagues there - Kay is one of the most supportive employees who has helped me on numerous ocassions. He speaks perfect English, kind and happy to listen/advice you on all matters. The entire communication was in a friendly tone and the advice was solid, on-point and answered all the questions I had. Can definitely recommend.

On a side note, some of the front desk employees are quite old and don't speak German - and could be a factor for the negative reviews I have seen before. For anyone who goes there, you can tell the security guard that you'd prefer someone who speaks English and he will send you to the right person (if you get Kay, you're in good hands)

This review is specifically for the wonderful Berkay, a new Private Client Advisor at the Friedrichstraße branch. I came in after struggling/failing to add another address to my account online (e-services have a long way to go…) and he immediately knew what to do and stepped in to help a colleague execute the process. He also speaks perfect English, which I was very grateful for to make sure I could get the full point across in more complicated situations. When I lost mobile/online access after the address update, I emailed Berkay having spent over an hour on hold with the service hotline to no absolutely no avail (they didn’t know what happened or why). He responded immediately and had the whole thing sorted in way less time than I’d spent on hold with the hotline. Commerzbank should give this guy a medal; he’s truly a credit to their service/blessing to the branch.

I had a problem with my card/account and came here without an appointment. Of course i had to wait a little while because it’s right in the city center and it was peak hour, but i was handled very efficiently, in english and in a friendly manner. The security guy was also very friendly and composed, even when there was a lot going on and some people were being annoying to say the least.

I went to take personal loan and I was highly satisfied with the offer . Mr Kay explained in detail about the process and the process was smooth and transparent . Highly recommend this place !!

Yesterday I visited for account opening verification. One guy at the front desk I guess his name is Kai, He helped me to open the account and to complete the process. He gave me whole information about once the account opened.He knows English very well.

The bank opens at 9 am sharp. Then we need to stand in the queue. If you have any service related issues you need to wait a little bit but for withdrawal you can directly go to the counter.

The security guy also knows English. You can specify to the security regards your requirements.

I went there around 10:30 today , I just waited a few minutes. And the service is very good. The lady spoke English to me, and she is professional. She explained my questions nicely and opened a new account for me.
