ATM - Euronet

I don't understand the complaints. As usual in Berlin, impossible to find ATM's around. I have been saved by that one as I needed urgently cash for an administrative duty in the corner. It's true a bit hidden, but non unpleasant walk in the hotel, indeed it is there downstairs. Then thanks Euronet still!

We were able to use without being a guest of the hotel. You have to go across the lobby to the marble staircase, and go down. Accessible, but confusing to find.

This is located inside the hotel. As you enter, walk across the room to the marble staircase on the far side. Walk down and the ATM will be present.

Just after the middle area of lobby there will be stairs going both up and down. Down to toilets and ATM. It is there as of Feb, 2020 so don’t lose hope.

Well I tried to access this last night. Security guards refused entry to the hotel and pointed me further down the road and I never found it.

I went there in the first place because a tourist guide told me so. It is supposed to be inside an hotel. When I asked, the doorman pointed me to an ATM 500 meters away. In other words, they would not allow me to enter in a very subtle way. I guess that the ATM is only for customers of the luxury Adlon Hotel. You may be luckier than me.

I was in Berlin with a friend who uses a cane to move around. We were told the hotel had an ATM by a neighboring business. An employee of the hotel said we could not use the ATM because we weren’t guests of the hotel. Rude.

Charges 5.5 for a 40 extraction, scam for travelers. Go to deustche bank and is free.

Habe vom Automaten 0 Euro erhalten. Maximale Höhe der Auszahlungen waren 0 Euro. Entweder ein Software Fehler oder der Automat war kaputt.
