One of the best authentic italian restaurant in Berlin. I love their truffle pasta, and the mixed antipasti. 😋

Lovely little Italian place overlooking wasserturm. Salvatore and his crew will take good care of you. It's like the opposite of I Due Forni, intimate, friendly (not that I don't like the schnauzers!) and no pizza but pastas and great dishes!

Next to the Waßerturm on the quiet and cooler side lays this great Italian restaurant. We had the lunch which was brought to us by a whistling and very friendly waiter; a mixed salad as starter and paccheri with a pea, zucchini ricotta sauce. The paccheri were perfectly cooked al dente. We’ll certainly come back here.

Delicious food, vitello tonnato & carpaccio were amazing as well as the steak, atmosphere and vibe are great and the owner is welcoming and taking care! Enjoyed a lot and totally recommend!

Really great food with a menu that caters to seasonal foods and changes frequently - definitely check out the daily specials! The staff are so kind and welcoming (including to families with kids - they get it!) Whether you are in the neighborhood or not, it's very much worth a visit!

Every dish we had was better than the previous one: carpaccio, gnocchi with truffles and chicken, the large seafood platter. The food is excellent but what makes an evening at this restaurant exceptional is the staff. The staff here is remarkably welcoming, attentive, quick and understanding. You wont get the "Nein, das konnen wir nicht." response from snappy waiters here. Quite the opposite, they're very empathetic, serve you with a big smile, have small chats with you and are child friendly. The ambiance is also very authentic and classy, lots of Italian being spoken. Clean facilities. We will be back regularly.

We've passed by this place several times and noticed it but it took a friend's recommendation for us to try it. We've since then returned again with other friends- I guess when an Italian friend recommends an Italian restaurant you should truly take it seriously. We had very different dishes on the two occasions, so we can say that both the traditionally known firsts as for the mains from fish to pasta were all very tasty. Service was very pleasant, though you might have a waiter that speaks only Italian or German but no English. The setting is pretty traditional too, but the feeling is of a easy going fine dining. Price tag is around 50€ per person, unless you drink excessively...

One of our happy places in Berlin. Salva and Giorgia are just amazing of kindness. The food is great and the athmosphere is always very relaxed. A brilliant Italian restaurant.

I've lived nearby for a couple years. The service is very Italian, the servers can seem inattentive but this is because they might assume people want to enjoy their table and be left alone if you do not wave them down. On my first visit I was a little annoyed as I am used to American style service but then I got used to it.

The food is very good, they have some expensive items on the menu but their less expensive options are also excellent. The carbonara is one of the cheapest items and I am borderline obsessed with it. It is the best carbonara I have ever had and nothing is really close. The Pasta Norma is also great, the execution of these basic pasta dishes really makes this place stand out above the other Italian places we've tried around Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte areas.

Best Italian in town. Classic dishes with real flavours of Italy, each dish amazing. On top of that the service is everything you can dream of. Come back here all the time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We came for the food and returned for the hospitality. We had great sicilian food - and we enjoyed the very genuinly friendly service a lot! Even on a very packed day we never had the feeling that we were supposed to leave (well, we simply could not stop order more great food and exuisite wine, either).
The 'noise'-level is a bit elevated - just enough to give you a shield of privacy for an intimate conversation ;-)

Found this charming Italian restaurant on our first night in Berlin. They accommodated us, and made us feel welcome. Food was excellent, and we came away wishing we could live around the corner. Special night!
