Absolutely superb service and staff. I felt really looked after by Jordan and the other fellow who’s name I forget (Monday to Friday worker). They were extremely helpful and accomodating and most importantly - friendly and polite. All bookings done via this office not online. Will be back.

I must say from my experience here is good. The staff are friendly. I make a reservation for BMW M850i further 1 months and model guaranteed. I got the car as reservation. Finally I got overcharged me on something. I wrote email nice polite and explain everything about the situation, they return the money back which I impressed because it all is not my fault anything at all. By the way if you rent a car, you all should have insurance to prevent worrying during your travel time, not just Sixt but all of car rental company will always finding some tiny scratch and charge you, if not want something like this just buy insurance because it is the way car rental company will make a profit. Sixt also provide a lots variety of car this is what I like the most. Also please do check your credit card for promotion, I use Visa Infinite and they often have promotion for 10% or more discount. Overall I like Sixt this branch, they are better than other companies from my experience.

Excellent experience at this location. The car I received was not similar to the booking, but I ended up enjoying the Audi A6 quattro that I was offered much more. The car had very low miles and was clean.

The staff member I was dealing with was the friendliest person I’ve met in Germany - great company, easy to deal with - upgraded me at no cost.

Ich hatte in Berlin in dieser Station zum erstmal gebucht. Da hatte mich der Mitarbeiter telefonisch informiert das meine Fahrzeugkategorie nicht verfügbar war. Das war ein Plus punkt, da nicht jeder Mitarbeiter von anderen Station anruft wenn dies gegeben ist. Ich fand es aber nicht schlimm das es meine Fahrzeugkategorie gab, denn dafür wurde ich sehr gut entschädigt mit einen sehr guten Upgrade. Der Mitarbeiter in der Station hat mir alles sehr gut erklärt, da es für mich das erstmal war das ich ein E-Auto bei Sixt erhalten hatte. Ich war sehr begeistert mit dem Mitarbeiter in dieser Station, falls ich noch Fragen zum Fahrzeug hatte bekam ich eine Nummer der Station. Es war ein überraschend gute Miete und ich würde dort jedenfalls wieder Mieten. :-)

Ich habe direkt im Hotel Adlon den Wagen gebucht und empfand es als sehr angenehm, dass ich nicht mal eine Jacke anziehen musste, weil sich alles im Haus befunden hat. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter würde ich gerne noch hervor heben, weil es mir besonders gut gefallen hat. Also ich kann nur jedem empfehlen hier zu buchen - mehr geht nicht!

Wir (P&S Schulze) wollten uns nochmal recht herzlich bei Herrn Schillig von Sixt Berlin Hotel Adlon bedanken, er war wirklich unsere Rettung. Super Mitarbeiter schnelle Problemlösung und Kompetent.Man merkt das Ihm die Arbeit & die Kunden wichtig sind und bei Ihm zählt wirklich noch der Slogan "Der Kunde ist König" was man bei vielen Autovermietern sonst nicht so kennt. Natürlich ist Sixt immer super und Kulant aber Herr Schilling ist wirklich ein TOP Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank Herr Schilling Sie haben unser Wochenende gerettet. Das Auto ist wunderschön auch Danke dafür nochmal !!!!! PC51 aka Schulze TOP Service auch bei der Rückgabe meine Frau traut sich nicht mit so einem teurem Fahrzeug in die Tiefgarage, die Sixt Mitarbeiter nehmen ihr das Fahrzeug von der Strasse ab und fahren es in Parkhaus. Das ist wirklich sehr Komfortabel und sehr nett auch dafür nochmal TOP Service bei Sixt im Hotel Adlon. Auch ich kann bestätigen Tolle Autos und für Stammkunden und Firmenkunden Upgrades falls verfügbar. Tolle Station tolle Mitarbeiter und tolle Fahrzeuge was will man mehr. Dort wird man wirklich noch wie ein König behandelt.

Schnell und freundlich ...wir brauchten am 3.9. sehr spontan ein Auto. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat alles sofort in die Wege geleitet, uns geduldig alles gezeigt und erklärt und uns gute Tipps gegeben - so geht guter Service, danke!
