I do rent cars around the world and log 6 to 7 months of rentals per year. For sure you find some trouble providers in the industry. This location was without a hitch. I ended up with a brand new car for my 3 month rental which can provide opportunity for some places to finds lots of issues upon return. There were no issues or claims by the crew. From the pick up, throughout the 3 months and with the easy professional return, everyone involved with this location was professional, above board and actually very helpful and friendly too. Nicola Strahl checked on me through the rental and was not just an auto email with no person attached to it... she was actually on the 'other end' of the email. For sure I will use this location again.

Had a great experience with this Enterprise, especially DAVID! Our family made a last minute reservation, and needed an automatic car that could accommodate 5 adults and our luggage. Not only did they get us a great car, but David explained all of our insurance options without being pushy. He also explained some differences between American and German traffic laws that were very helpful (ex: no turning right on red). He was also very kind. We returned the car in Munich with no problems, and are very grateful for this Enterprise for helping make our vacation a success!

Great experience, rented a car here two weeks ago for 1 day, the process is fast, the staff was helpful on the pick up and return, helped me with a lamp to inspect the car and film for evidence. On the return upon checking the car, the staff member immediately issued the refund of the deposit, as no issues happened to the car. Overall, I would be happy to return.

I didn't have a reservation because our plans had changed and this was the fourth place we had walked to in order to find a car. Haris Zejnilagic was so incredibly helpful, kind and patient with me. I was stressed and he put me at ease, got us a car quickly and did so with a smile. Jan helped as well, he too was very communicative and listened to my concerns. The return was incredibly easy as well. I would highly recommend this place!

The Ford Transit was a great rental for a quick move and even fully packed it felt more like driving a car than a van. Wonderful service at the location and absolutely quick response time with detailed answers and a smile on their faces. Thanks for the amazing help Malia!

I had a very positive experience as they were very cooperative although I was late to pickup my car. They helped me with another car which basically kept my holiday going great.

Steve saved our trip!!! We had everything scheduled months in advance with Hertz (across the street) and first, they were closed when we had a scheduled pick up, then, when we went to get our car the next day, they said we could not drive into UK (as we had told them ahead of time we were planning to do). We walked across the street and met Steve at Enterprise!!! He understood our situation and was very generous, nearly matching the deal we had with "that other company" and helping in so many ways. He saved our trip and helped us realize our Gold status at Hertz means nothing! Enterprise Emerald all the way!!!

I reserved a BMW but on the time of pick up i was told they don’t have it. I had to compromise the choice since I didn’t have any other option. But the good thing is the advisor or the person who was assigned to help me further she was so nice her name is Anni Lehmann, she went above and beyond for her best she got me a nice Polo , she have had some issues while putting the details in the system since i had Canadian license and all but she helped me, she took her time to make sure everything is good to go. I personally think that she deserves a raise in her salary.
I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. ❤

Very friendly staff who is Roni, he spoke Turkish and helped me a lot.
I faced a paying issue with my bank however they waited for me.

Very friendly staff, they speak english, they helped us a lot with a very long international travel. For the researches we did, it is the cheapest solutions for international car rent (inside the EU).
It was very easy dealing with them.

This was a surprise, showed up as the less expensive place and was really near our hotel, arriving there we were told we were told we got a free upgrade because of the card, everything was very fast, the ladies at the desk were very attentive, car was top notch, can only recommend.

Car rental company. Friendly staff and fair prices. The cars are kept in a garage two stories below ground.
