SIXT Rent Car and Truck Rental Berlin Mitte/Potsdamer Platz

I've rented this Fiat 500. Everything was perfect. I've got the car in time and very fast. Return experience was also great. I didn't have any damages and charged a full gas tank on return myself. The deposit was returned in 2 days 🚀. I am a very new driver, and it is great that sixt doesn't discriminate on that. On the other hand it is much pricier, of course. I wish that there was some preparation instruction on how to open windows or do the reverse gear, as in some cars it is in very different spots and reading the whole manual for this is a bit too much. But google helped me with that. Thank you sixt ❤

The best experience I could have asked for when renting a car for the first time.
Very professional, efficient and friendly employees, hence a great experience at the counter. I was provided with every information I needed to know, therefore both the vehicle pick-up and return (return outside of opening hours actually) have been very straightforward.
The price is also good for the quality of service that I have recieved.
I am definetly going with Sixt again the next time I need to rent a car, and I would recommend Sixt to anyone, especially someone who is renting for the first time or doesn't have much renting experience.

It my experience cheaper than others but highly professional with cars in good order. But they dish out rebate rarer than other companies. I sometimes concentrate my efforts on one company expecting them to eventually offer 20% if I would only decide.

I enjoy this site in particular because of long opening hours and friendly staff. It's also close to home.

Two years later. I'm now a registered user and get rebate e-mails. When the lockdown for the corona pandemic started they sent an offer I couldn't refuse. So for the last 8 weeks I've been driving one of their rentals - the rate was lower than it would have been if I had leased the same car. And still great service.

Renting a car is almost always an awful process, but if you have to rent a car, this is one of the best places in Berlin. The staff are fast and efficient. The garage is easy to navigate. Everything is clearly marked. Returns are easy. Overall, this has what you need to rent a car easily in the city center.

Easily one of my best experiences with car rental. Their guys at the counter and return area were great…professional, competence and friendly…both smiled a lot 👍🏼 (Which is rather rare with car rental companies nowadays).

From booking online to picking up the rental and dropping it off, everything was done quickly, efficiently and electronically. The auto we were given was perfect for our 5 day road trip. Had I known about this company two years ago, I never would've wasted my time with Avis and Enterprise.

A car rental doesn't start with you getting into your car. Its starts at the counter and with a an excellent service that is provided through and with the agents. At this particular car rental station you will find agents that are very attentive and helpful and will always find the best solution for your needs. On top of that, they have a big pool of cars for all sorts of occasions. Last but not least they are always seem to be enough agents at the counter so waiting cues do not exist. I can only recommend this place if you want to have a pleasurable car rental experience.

Tha staff is almost every time very nice and I usualy had no problems with the cars. Which is a huge difference comparing "cheaper" car rental companies in the area.
In case of any issues, the solution was always without any problems and extra costs.
For example: once I noticed after I left the station, that the pneu is broken. I lost couple of hours comming back but I have got new car in the luxury class. No extra payments.
After couple of bad experiences in other rentals, I stayed with SIXT for the last couple of years and can only reccomend.

Perfect employees they are really helpful, also price performance of the cars are great, always expecting perfect service from Sixt and they never disappoint me. Thank you, keep the good job :)

I arrived early and my car class was not ready. They offered me several choices and I decided on a similar car that they got ready for me for a slight upgrade fee.

Perfect Sixt! I will not comment on the pricing but on the location. Service was highly professional and quick (the car I booked was too dirty, I was upgraded in a minute) and the location is ideal for people living downtown. They speak English.

Car was delivered to the hotel for pick up and the drop off was very easy and close to the hotel. I will definitely rent from them again.

The lady was super nice and went out of her way to help this stupid american get an automatic becuase i cant drive a stick. She was a life safer!
