Hotel NH Berlin City Ost

We stayed here 3 nights and were very impressed. It is a lovely, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great value. Good transport connections into the city and surrounding areas via the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram.

I’ve been to Berlin several times and I’d never stayed this deep into East Berlin but it’s still a convenient location. Also I don’t know why the other reviews say that the beds were uncomfortable; yes they’re on the firmer side but I am prone to a sore back and I didn’t get one from the bed. Actually found it to be really comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Great price, clean rooms. We liked the connecting room option. The free breakfast was really good. Great value!

Amazing hotel!! Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, reception service is great. They let us check in several hours early (because a room was ready and available). We didn’t initially buy breakfast but so glad to purchase it while there. We have never seen such an extensive variety and good quality breakfast!!!

We went for a seminar in Berlin. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to an uban and Friedriche were many restaurants and bars are. The hotel was super clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was super.

Me and my fatherinlaw and children stayed here a month ago, the staff at reception were soo very friendly, very prompt, there seemed to be an issue with my booking on the websites part on which i made the booking,but reception dealt with it professionally and arranged a new room straight away. Rooms were clean, bathroom pristine. We stayed for 2 nights and cleaned to high standard both days. There was even a microwave in reception for our use, this was so handy as was travelling with a fussy eater. We were even given complimentary breakfast on our check out day which was delicious. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Lovely stay here. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was really clean. Perfect location for what we needed. Breakfast was also included and was very tasty with lots of choice and good fresh fruit.

Great location,walking distance to the u ban or tram service…staff are friendly polite and very helpful,rooms are big,tea/coffee facilities in the room…in 10/10

Stayed in Hotel NH Berlin City Ost for two nights while exploring the city. The reception employees were incredibly helpful and accommodating; I checked-in very late at night and the man working behind the counter was friendly and efficient (despite the fact that I had kept him from some of his other duties while he waited for my late arrival!)

The room was clean and very well-kept. Great location only a five minute walk from the Frankfurter Allee station. I did not purchase the hotel breakfast, choosing instead to venture off in search of food in the mornings...plenty of cafes to check out in the neighborhood. If you enjoy a casual italian meal make sure to try Ristorante Il Mondo at the north end of the street during your stay!

I went to this hotel during my tour in Berlin and yes, the place is so chilled. There is no noise around the building and I had peaceful nights.

Quiet location but very close to the bars and restaurants in Friedrichshain and both S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Friendly staff and for only 5 EUR you get breakfast of your choise in your room.

Great service hotel staff is very friendly.
My limited German was not needed as their English was perfect.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Berlin, it's quiet and peaceful. High quality service, very nice people, good food, easy access to most important places in the city.

Stayed for two nights this week on a business trip. Everyone working there was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Very good for its price range, there is nothing to complain about. Staff was extremely kind, breakfast was good, rooms were nice.

The room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and the subway is just 2 steps away!

Great hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, big rooms. Underground 200 mt far from the hotel. Prices are lower that other options.

Clean room, and very good beds located close to the center with a good parking garage. Priced very reasonable.

The hotel was lovely, with great breakfast. The only issue was it is slightly far from downtown, but because of that it's much less expensive:)
