Great experience. Nice visit to the store in Berlin. Purchased a sofa I love at a good price. Quality is good, comfortable and looks great. Sofa was produced and delivered within the quoted timeframe. Friendly, efficient and professional delivery.

I was also wary from the other negative reviews but my experience was great and I'm happy with my sofa.

The TWIN sofa I got is just too beautiful and very comfy. It took me a while to find the perfect sofa cause it’s usually beautiful but not comfy or the other way around but I finally found it!!

I had a fantastic online shopping experience with Formel A Berlin and would highly recommend it to anybody looking to have a very high quality couch for a very good price. Below some key points on my overall experience:

- The customer service in the shop was really friendly. We got samples fabric before we ordered it online
- I ordered the Twin sofa in 325 cm with the chaise lounge in electric blue + 5 pillows. They arrived within its 10 weeks estimated production time and the delivery was smooth within its 2 hours windows.
- For the price, I think it's a total steal: Made in EU + the quality of the velvet fabrics and the product are insane! Honestly, the couch looks even more expensive than its price and its quality level is at the same as some high prices designers couch on the market.
- It took around 1hour/1.5hour to assemble the couch with 2 persons
- The after sales service was also on point: we noticed a very small default on the couch and they directly produced a new piece to replace it so it's 100% perfect.

In my opinion, for such a high-quality and unique couch, this is worth the price and its waiting time for the production (Beautiful things take time to be produced). I'm super happy with my investment: the couch looks fab and it's very comfortable. It totally deserves 5 stars!

I ordered a beautiful twin couch (230 cm) a month ago or so. But one month later I realised that the colour I chose would maybe not fit to my flat. So, I went to the Formel A shop here in Berlin to get some advice and potentially to also change the colour of my couch. Honestly, I cannot express how happy I was to stop by at the shop. There is a super friendly, patient and expert young employee who helped me making my decision right. She showed me all fabrics and I could see how much she enjoys supporting customers. It was definitely a 1 class customer service experience. In the end, they managed to change the colour of my couch, and updated my order in their system. Thank you. Can't wait to have my twin couch (230 cm) light sand. Please, keep this employee :) I am sure other customers had a good experience with her, too.

We purchased a sofa from Formel A and are extremely happy with the design and quality. The customer service was also great. (The only drawback was the production time, which took quite a while, but they actually delivered sooner than originally estimated.) Highly recommend! Excellent quality for the price.

Just received our dark blue Twin Velvet sofa and wanted to drop a few words here for others to go by. The service we received in the shop from Showroom Manager Mia was A+ and we felt very welcome. The promised ten week delivery time was fulfilled and all question we had was answered immediately. The Sofa arrived complete and the assembly was easy, lasted approx. 1 hour. Two very happy customers sends our full recommendation of Formel A Berlin as your next stop when looking for a Sofa.

Since a couple weeks we have our TWIN home (325 cm, Velvet mustard) and we couldn't be any happier.
The service has been amazing. There was no delay in the delivery and it came perfect. Assembly was very easy and quick.
After two weeks I can confirm that this is the best we could ask for a sofa. The quality, the design, the color and the firm comfort are worth 5 stars.
PS. our little one already spilled some tomato sauce in the sofa and it came off super easy with a wet cloth. No marks left.

We bought ordered our sofa at the end of May, and it arrived at the end of July (within the quoted 8-10 weeks production time). We are super happy with our purchase - the quality is great and the customer service has been excellent throughout.

I walked by the store multiple times on my way to work and was so amazed by the „A sofa“ in „Electric blue“. I had a couple of very friendly exchanges with Mia, the owner of the Berlin franchise and then decided to go for the sofa as well as the stool. The stool was not yet released at this time, but I was able to order it based on a sample.

Delivery took a little longer than the claimed 10-12 weeks, but this was in the middle of the Corona chaos, so I did not really expect anything else.

Would always order again!

The visit in the store is a good experience when it comes to shopping. The staff there is friendly as helpful if the situation demands it. The furniture I ordered shines as bright as the the service Mia (Staff) gave me via E-Mail. She always responds quickly and organizes everything very well. Thank you!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das Sofa kam in exakt der angegeben Lieferzeit (10 Wochen), an zu einem eine Woche vorher abgesprochenen Termin, an.
Das Material und die Farbe des Sofas ist genau so wie das Stoffsample, dass man sich zusenden lassen kann. Auch das zusammenbauen war sehr einfach. Es macht einen sehr hochwertigen, tollen Eindruck und ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner neuen Couch.

Great experience during purchasing and clear communication when setting up the delivery.

The delivery was on time and everything went well with the transport directly into my flat.

Only little issue would be that during the self assembly part, the instructions could have been a tad clearer. As one piece was missing the required green lines that help you figure out where to drill in the connectors (that hold the sofa modules in place)

Otherwise the build quality is superb so far.

Would totally buy again if I needed another sofa

unser Sofa wurde nach genau 10 Wochen zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt geliefert Ich hatte nach den u.g. Bewertung etwas Bedenken, allerdings zu Unrecht. Das Sofa ist perfekt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es lediglich für den anderen Farbeffekt. Wir haben A Sofa in Light Green bestellt und real sieht der Stoff eher grüngrau aus. Also leider nicht so knallig, aber immer noch wunderschön.
