Great location and friendly, helpful staff team. Room was compact but had everything we needed except maybe a kettle. Comfy bed and extra pillows available on request.

Breakfast was excellent. A big range of options and really good quality, fresh products. Was really impressed with croissants and bread and cold meats.

Convenient location, fairly priced garage and very comfortable beds. The room was also very quiet. Everything is very simple and nothing fancy but I have no complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

It is always a pleasure to arrive somewhere and it feels like people where waiting for you. My name is not the simplest to articulate, and the receptionist nailed it, and even knew who I was before I stated completely my name.

Clean room, efficient, well located - ideal for a quick stay in Berlin partying : calm place to get some rest before going harder later ^^

This is a very good, great value hotel in a great location. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz but it is right opposite a tram stop so it’s very easy to base yourself here and get around Berlin.

It was all there, what you need... Simple room with good standard beds and shower ... Simple breakfast buffet with the necessary things to fill you up... On the whole, very functional and price depends on the booking period

Service here is top notch. Stayed for 2 nights in December as a last minute booking after Ryanair flights cancelled after original takeoff time and without warning. 6 months later I’m still trying to file for compensation from Ryanair with them telling me my original hotel receipt wasn’t detailed enough.

So I called this hotel and asked the front desk clerk who picked up if he could email me their record of my stay with my bill at the time. He was superb — found it on their computer and emailed it to me within 2 minutes.

Thanks to their great bookkeeping and efficient service I’m not getting every penny’s worth of reimbursement I can from Ryanair 🙌

Great value for money. The rooms are very basic. Breakfast was cheap but included everything we needed. Do not expect the English breakfast standard.
If you just want somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast while visiting Berlin then this is perfect.

Hotel neat, clean with very friendly English-speaking staff. The rooms are what you can actually see in the pictures. Breakfast at a low price, a buffet, so you can eat very tasty and large amounts. Very good location, well connected with the whole of Berlin.

Very well connected location, reasonable prices, and good service. Simply, it's an great stay if you wanna spend some days in Berlin. The booking is very simple through the website. The room was well-equiped, though there's no closet for clothes (no shelves, only hangers). Hair dryer can be requested from the reception for a deposit. There are no single rooms, only twin-bed rooms or double-bed rooms, so they are ideal for 2 persons. The double-bed rooms are equipped with an elevated extra bed for a kid. Breakfast is optional for about 18€ per room oper day. The breakfast is served in the lobby as an open buffet with good quality foods and drinks.

It's a decent hotel on a standard Ibis Budget level. Check in was very easy and quick and the staff was helpful. The rooms are small but nice and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. I really recommend it for a short stay in Berlin.

Comfortable, clean room and great value for money breakfast. Very pleasant & helpful staff. The only tiny minus point so far is that the TV in my room doesn't work - but I've reported it & I wouldn't be surprised to find that the problem is quickly resolved.
I've returned to my initial review to confirm that the TV was indeed mended the same evening, while I was out enjoying a meal.
If the system permits it, I'll increase my grade from 4 to 5.

A really nice and clean hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful! It's located a 5 min. walk from Alexanderplatz and the TV tower, so right in the middle of everything. And if you wanna catch a tram to go further into the city, they are located right outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Berlin, who wants to stay close to midtown, but still at a reasonable price!

Cheap with a room that was absolutely adequate. Separate toilet and shower cubicle which was handy. No key needed either as you get given the door code, just don't forget it! Handy tip: the code opens the door at reception as well when they lock it during the night so you don't need to ring the bell to get in! Beer is available at the reception seemingly 24 hours, we got a couple served late one night, which you can take to your room, even poured into glasses for us by the friendly reception staff member. I was surprised it was only €3 a beer as well when they could easily have gouged you for stuff like that... All in all a great location to be in Berlin, this place provides all you need for a short break in the city. Pretty no frills but place was clean and modern, can't really fault it for anything in particular (except maybe the lack of hairdryer in the room, but they can be rented.. but I'd take my own anyway).

The rooms are not the largest, but their is a toilet and bath and so on in the room :)

The breakfast was pretty good to, for a budget hotel.

For me this is the best hotel in Berlin!
It is twice cheaper than the other hotels I could find in Berlin. The rooms are great. The location, next to Alexanderplarz is perfect. The service is awesome: the guy at the frontdesk was so nice and could speak 8 languages. When I left, I was late to catch my plan, so they printed my boarding pass instantaneously. I forgot my computer in the room, so they send it to me in France very fast via DHL and it costed me only 15 euros!

Good hotel, good location, you might wanna take 1 tram station by tram but walking is also good about 10 min from Alexanderplatz. Pay upfront policy. Clean hotel. Staff is good the younger the more they don't care, the older the more they care. The tram station is right in front of the hotel.
