Beautiful and big Library. Nice reading room and a Artothek where you can even rent out Art for your home. Apart from the books available on the shelves, one also has the option of ordering for free from their external stock (Außenmagazine). They also have a good selection of English language books.

After the construction of the new block, the library is really nice. I always liked going there. They have a small coffee shop inside and free Wi-Fi to everyone, not only students.

We love our library, everything you need to enjoy with your kids. They just setup a Mongolian tent with stories told inside. Every Saturday at 17:00.

I am so glad to find so many German learning books with good conditions. The selection is rich and the quantity is also competitive. I will start borrow books instead of ordering on Amazon.

Really nice library where there are tons of books of different topics, places where you can sit to study. The staff is amazing and really helpful if you need something!

Great place. Every Sunday are free activities like Yoga, Origami. Nice staff and good location.

Good staff, free wi-fi, great books and you are able to browse and handle the books before checking them out. There's a good cafe with drinks and small meals. You have to come early if you want to sit at a desk/a computer/a charging station. Good green space in front. The entrance is on the North side. People chat here sometimes or there can be loud festivals outside. Don't expect it to be silent or without homeless folks.

For musicians: there is a piano room that you can book and play piano free of charge! 😍

PS it’s very popular, so to be on the safe side, just book it as soon as new time slots are open (2 weeks in advance)

My favourite library in Berlin! It’s very large and features a huge range of non-fiction too. There is a section for English books. It has a small café and even a separate area for seating with little couches. The library even has WiFi

Very friendly library staff and welcoming atmosphere in general. Also, big selection of English fiction titles.

There are many public Libraries in Berlin, but this one is somehow different, for instance, the whole structure and facilities remain from the beginning when United State has donated it to German people. It is big and comfy, most of the time is there a seat and you can do whatever you like(but plz respect the others concentration). There is a cozy coffee-tria. There are a lot of activities, like Table-Tennis, Yoga, etc.
The public Restroom but is a catastrophe.

Nice and quiet place for reading and studying. If you wanna just use the facility and read their books in the library don't need to register and it's free. You can just go there and enjoy your time and their resources. There is small cafe inside the library too and prices are really reasonable for everyone.

AGB has massive collection of books including German grammar for learners, travel books and has a impressive collection of English novels as well. The wi-fi is fabulous and also has a small cafeteria. The library is always organizing interesting discussion and it's also open on Sundays.

If you do not know how to look for whatever, you can just go straight to the person at the reception and he/she will always offer you a very pleasant service! 😊

Nice and good big clean place and 💻 and internet is free and good People but never surprise if some weird person come and shout as they have some sick people and mentally disordered people come as well so have to be careful expect that place is super cool and one of my favorite place to go xx

I love this library! The system is so easy to borrow and return books. But if you want to study in the library, you need to book a place in advance.

One of my favorite public libraries in Berlin. Lots of offers and also the music section is great!

It contains a good selection of books in foreign languages (not exclusively German as in another public libraries).
