Hampton by Hilton Berlin City Centre Alexanderplatz

Had a great stay here in February for 3 nights. The room was spotless and serviced every day with everything you needed, iron, hairdryer etc. No outside noise or corridor noise. Breakfast choice was plentiful and varied everyday. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was quite good with quality service. The breakfast had many options to choose for. The location has good accessibility to trams and bus. They have a gym with basic accessories, can be used to full body workout.

Friendly clean hotel, the breakfast each morning was excellent, they have a large selection of cooked items, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, waffles, teas and coffees and many more. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the train station and directly across from three tram stops, so very accessible. There is no restaurant on site but there is a restaurant Goldberg round the corner that does great food and drinks at a very reasonable price.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently in a triple room. Lovely hotel and the staff are absolutely brilliant. The breakfast has a great selection and has allergy information posted (1 coeliac) which made life so much easier. Hotel is spotless, there's a lovely lady who organises bus tours on site.
Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

I really have nothing to complain about. Lovely hotel in a great location. I guess the breakfast line could have been managed a bit better by splitting it into 2 but I didn't have to wait that long.

Just fantastic 😊! They went above and beyond for our requests. Super friendly and responsive. It was our first and only night in Berlin, but the staff made our stay extra welcoming and comfortable. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast is phenomenal!

Nice and clean room, not too big but enough for 2 people, no noise from other rooms, hall or outside.
The breakfast is big with a lot of choices.
The location is perfect.

I’m very pleased with the concept of this hotel. They really met my standards in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and accessibility to major transport, shopping and touristdesty. The only thing i didn’t understand is when I had to ask for a tissue box since the housekeeper didn’t replenish it for two days consecutively so i had to call the number stated on the phone( which was the only number) when i didn’t realize i called the reservation line who then tried to call front desk several times but no success. So at the end she asked me if i vould get it myself from the reception. At that point it was late in the evening and i was ready for bed in my Pyjamas. It was wuite frustrating to realize that they don’t have a direct line to the reception, the call from the room would still be directed to their agents outside of the hotel. Other than that, i could still see myself staying in the same hotel next time.

Set in Alexanderplatz it is very central.
Accommodation is very clean, staff super friendly- they let us check in early and large size bathroom which was immaculate.
I have a severe dairy allergy and the buffet breakfast included all vegan options eg, milk alternatives, yogurt, mushroom/tomato pate, vegan sausages - it was a great spread.
Plus bar drinks weren't anymore expensive than a usual pub/beer house.

As Hilton Gold Member I strive to stay in Hiltons whenever I travel. The service is always fantastic wherever I go and this Hilton branded hotel was no exception to the standard!

The room was on the highest floor and was sizeable, cosy and comfortable. Moreover I was greeted with a welcoming letter and a large fancy bottle of water! (Gold Member benefits!)

The staff were on board to help whenever needed. The bar is 24/7 of which is a massive plus! The breakfast also boasted a wide-range of choices and was fantastic. I only stayed a night but Hilton delivered, as always! Thanks for the great, albeit short stay!

Very near railway station so easily accessible to the airport rooms clean basic but sufficient for a city break

If you travel to Berlin for business or pleasure this hotel is a must try. We had an excellent stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and maintained daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent and catered for all ages. It could get busy at certain times but still worth it. We would definitely use this hotel again

Excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was just perfect and bed was too relaxing. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had lot of options. Overall, a great stay and I recommend this to others reading the review. Location is at Alexanderplatz with walking distance from the sbahn station.

Very central location for all attractions, railway, tram and Christmas Markets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The public areas are comfortable and very clean. The room was great. It has everything required. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. The rooms were serviced every day. Breakfast was amazing with something to suit every dietary requirement. I stayed 3 nights and was delighted with everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

a good hotel with a great breakfast for all tastes. The only thing missing were bedroom slippers.

The hotel location is in the city center and also close to several tram and bus stops so it's easy to go around the city.
Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy due to trams.
