Holiday Inn Berlin - Centre Alexanderplatz, an IHG Hotel

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Its has an excellent location. Receptionists are very kind and friendly. l felt like home right away. Stayed in a beautiful room comfortable bed with the tower view. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Great hotel. The staff was very nice and always available to any requests.
Room with air conditioner, free wifi, hot water for coffee and tea, very big shower. And a very nice vew (1st floor).
Breakfast a bit expensive : 15€/person.

Kristian is the most amazing concierge. I'd go back just for his great help. Excellent room. Great view of the square. Clean and very friendly people. Close to all type of public transport and the amazing Christmas market. So good I already planning my next visit.

Had a great time at this exceptional Holiday Inn, breakfast was very good, room with balcony was special, it was my birthday weekend but I did not tell them, I believe this was standard fare. Plus the restaurant is exceptional too...

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so nice and gave us great information during our stay. But they went above and beyond just that. We realized we left our passports in the safe while we were halfway to Munich. The staff located them for us, and made sure they were overnighted to us before we left for France 2 days later. Our honeymoon would have been cut short without them. Thank you all so much! This is the hotel to stay in while visiting Berlin

Excellent location in Alexander platz, just far enough out that it's quiet at night but close enough to get to other parts of the city and the shops. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is no parking although there is a car park out the Front but is pay and display

Sharing the building half / half with Indigo hotel. Great location on East side of Alexaderplatz. Close proximity to U/S bahn station (5 minutes walk), the tram stop is 2 minutes away. This hotel is considerably better than most 4* hotels (and some 5* hotels), that I have seen around Europe lately. The staff is fluent in English, polite and helpful, the inhouse restaurant served excellent food at competitive prices. Would gladly stay in again.

Had a really good time in Berlin over Christmas, the holiday inn is really close to a few good Christmas markets. The staff were really helpful and gave us plenty of advice for the local area. The rooms were nice and as you would expect. If you are visiting for pleasure there is plenty of good places to visit close, like the Fernsehturm (Berlin TV tower)

The hotel is very well located near Alexanderplatz but in a relatively quiet surroundings. The rooms are nice, clean and fairly new, although not very big. Good place to stay over a couple of nights.

Perfect hotel from Holiday Inn! Recommend paying extra for room on 10th floor, more room space and fantastic view from balcony. Great location not to noisy but very close to main Alexanderplatz Square for transport links and entertainment, restaurants bars and of course the fantastic Galaria kaufhof department store.

Nice hotel with good location. Just take steps to alexanderplatz (primark, dm, galleria, alexa, etc) the room is also very nice. They have backyard. But, breakfast menu is always the same every single day

Loved it here! Clean, modern, and three minute walk to closet train station. Staff were friendly and room was very nice and clean. Spacious and good shower.

Perfect location, and close to everything you need for the Christmas market and in berlin centre as a whole, it was 10 minutes walk from the train station which didnt feel that long. The rooms were clean and tidy and provided you with everything you needed :)

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Berlin. Just seconds walk from the centre but out of the way enough to be quiet in the rooms. Clean room and Very Helpful staff.

VERY professional hotel personal, cool rooms, great location, hotel bar, restaurant and fitness around, Alexander Platz is also not far from the hotel.
I recommend it as THE HOTEL to stay in when you are in Berlin.

Great hotel and accommodating! Allowed us to leave luggage all day after we checked out to go sightsee without dragging it along!

Great hotel, includes all the necessary accommodations and beyond, greate staff and service, clean rooms, hot water all day long and it's in a very central location 3 minutes of walking will get you everywhere.

Clean comfortable room conveniently located nearby to the Alexanderplatz train station. Plenty of food and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the hotel.
