The service was great. The gentleman at the front desk named Esteban was very helpful especially with our group. I’ve stayed here twice now and this will most likely be the hotel I continue to stay at when visiting Berlin. It’s within walking distance to the Tiergarten and has close bus stops that take you wherever you would like.

The staff at the bar/restaurant was also very accommodating and helpful. The food was good as well. I definitely recommend.

Not very cheap, but rooms were clean, all of the necessary things were available. The staff was nice, it was a little bit crowded (especially during breakfasts). Food during breakfasts was good, nothing to complain about. Minus - check-in self-service system, it seems a bit lazy. And most importantly - great location.

Nice location, room is spacious and clean, and the restaurant is also nice. Not a lot of choose for dinner but it was good! Breakfast is amazing. Great place to stay for a business or a family trip in Berlin.

Great service within the restaurant and bar, of particular note is Philip who has gone above and above & should be considered an asset to the corporation.

Absolutely a great hotel in a prime location.. easy accessible transport.. really good breakfast.. rooms are very clean and massive.. Nespresso coffee machines are a great addition.
You can leave your luggage before and after checkout which was another plus point.
Staff are very good...especially Tina, Estban and Nick at the reception.
Will surely stay here...

Modern hotel nearby the city centre of Berlin. Easy connection with the underground. Superb breakfast, great bar and restaurant concept. Clean and cozy rooms. Would definitely recommend to family, couples or friends.

Just back after a 3 night stay with my family and I have to say I was blown away by this hotel. It was modern, clean, efficient and extremely good value for money. 5 of us in one room, 2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 teen. Still plenty of room. Didn't try food there but the lobby/bar area was very modern and had lots going on. Would highly recommend.

Location is good. We walked from the trainstation Zoologischer Garten and it took like 15-20min. The Zoo is 15min away drom the hotel and the U bahn,metro was like 5min walk away. Service was good and very friendly. We like to say special thanks to the guy at the reception. He was so kind and helpful. Just a lovely person! Room was okey, little bit tiny but in our needs it was enough, only bad thing in my eye was the hoovering was not good enought allthough the room was clean otherwise. Breakfest was good, only missing the porridge. My vegan friend did not get enough options like there was jogurt for vegans. It would be helpful if the would be a table for vegans and gluten-free customers. But anyways we enjoyed the hotel, so Danke Schön! I Will visit again here.

I’ve been to the Berlin Berlin hotel twice for work, and I love it. Checking in and out is super easy. The rooms are always extra clean and well maintained and breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly. Wifi was fast.

Fantastic hotel and very modern. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the self check in service, lacked a personal touch and there was zero information about the breakfast times which we had paid for so missed the whole trip. Tv wasn't working and zero WiFi connection in our room unfortunately

The Hotel is really well equipped, the breakfast were amazing, there was everything what you need. The bar inside is also very nice and rooms are cozy and big. Only one thing anoying is self check-in. If you pay for the service, you expect an excelent service. The check-in wasn't quick, because we were 3 people in 2 different rooms and the guy from the Hotel wasn't very helpful.

Wonderful hotel to stay .
The hotel belongs to one of my close friends relative who had put me here to stay seven years back. Should appreciate how we are made feel like we are still in our own country

The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and functional, the staff were very helpful, and the ping pong history was really interesting🏓

Very nice and clean hotel. Hotel's application for automatic check in/out was not easy to handled and work with it. The room's mini bar was empty. The room's price was accepted for the region prices. Hotel's staff was very polite and and friendly.

This is a really well located hotel not very far from Victory Column and leading to Tiergarden.
The hotel is high quality and staff are the same. Food is excellent and rooms really comfortable.
I have stayed in Berlin on 3 occasions and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and that includes the Hilton.

I would recommend it to most visitors.

me and my friend had a great time! we booked the cheapest room possible and didn't expect much. when we arrived we were immediately surprised to see the beautiful lobby. the check-in was really easy and a staff member even came to help us check in quicker. our room was way bigger than expected and very clean. we couldn't really lock the door to the bathroom but that didn't bother us much. it would've been nice to have maybe two water bottles ready in the rooms, as the wondermart downstairs is a bit expensive. the drinks at the bar were great and there was a few ping pong tables which made our night very funny.

One of the best breakfast I have ever had! Nice hotel!

We were guests so did stay overnight but visited and enjoyed the food twice during our stay in Berlin.

I went with my kids. The location is nice, you can easily get the tram with 2 mins walk. Rooms were clean and they had bunk bed option for my kids( which was cherry on top).
