The whole experience at this hairdressers was amazing start to finish. Vanessa was so friendly and so chill.. spoke to me in perfect English so I was at ease from the start. The colour I wanted looks so fresh and they use quality products and brands.

I have passed by the salon at Alexa mall multiple times, I checked their Instagram profile, the hair colors looked really good. Noting the location is convenient I booked an appointment online, super easy process with different packages.

Agid is very professional, he listened to what I wanted fix with my hair color, he's realistic with setting expectations, and his work resulted with a beautiful blonde color and an Olaplex treatment. An extra thumbs up to his multi language skills.

I booked a haircut appointment with Vanessa. I wanted to change the look of my hair, and this was the first time I was trying this. Vanessa suggested the perfect cut and new look of my hair. She is very creative and has a very good idea, according to my face. The end result was perfect!! Also, all the people at this salon are super friendly. The salon is super clean. Vanessa also explained how to take care of my hair later on and suggested the best shampoo as per my hair. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a new look!! I was looking for an hair colorist to help me to make a transition to gray hair. After investigation I choose D. Machts Lounge in Alexa and I was assigned to Vanessa. She was amazing, she did an outstanding work with my hair. I highly recommended Vanessa. All staff is incredible efficient and kind. I am very happy with the result and I will come back.

This was my second time at D.Machts Alexa and also my second time with Vanessa. The first time I went in, I have a consultation time with Vanessa. I showed her some pictures and she told me upfront that with my Asian hair, I would need multiple sessions and she gave me a rough estimate of how much it would cost. She was very understanding and respected my price range. She explains her process before starting her work so you'll know exactly all the hair products beforehand. The second time I went, I knew exactly what I wanted, silver hair. But while she was bleaching my hair, I saw a cool picture of a model with silver, cool blue hair, and I told her that I liked the model's hair. She immediately said that we could do that! Vanessa will take very good care of you! I highly recommend seeing her here! She will make you feel gorgeous inside and out!

I had an appointment with Nadja. She was super friendly and the whole atmosphere in the saloon felt happy, even when it got busy.
Nadja and her Meister took time to discuss the right colour and cut I liked and it came out great. I also like that she calculated the costs before, so no shocking bill ;) .
Even though Nadja is an intern at the moment, I felt save and well served. The Meister had a good eye on the process, too. Thank you!

Was looking for a hairdresser after moving to Berlin from overseas. Came across this one with good reviews and thought I would give it a go. I had Bella do my hair and I think she did a great job! I have naturally dark hair and wanted to go blonder. She made sure to sit down and properly discuss what I wanted and then also wrote a breakdown of price beforehand which I found really good. She appeared very knowledgeable about hair and discussed my own hair structure and how blonde I could go before damaging my hair. My hair is now blonde and is not at all suffering, it's managed to stay strong and silky.

One thing to mention is that the process from brunette to blonde can take quite long. No one was slow at their job, I have really long thick hair that requires a lot of processing time, so if you're looking for something similar I'd just recommend to factor this point into planning.

I think the price is a lot compared to my home country, however, I did a lot of research and it appears in line with other places so unfortunately just an expensive process in Berlin (but would rather pay more and be really happy!).

Overall really happy and have gone back to Bella for re-growth and will continue to do so :)

I went there with my hair all messed up. Vanessa advised me to go to their hair school as a model and have my hair done there for free, since it would cost me too much if she would do it. I was pretty nervous about it, thinking I might not get what I want. But the color turned out v nice. Thank you so much Vanessa & Bennet & the two ladies who actually died my hair!

Excellent service! A previous hairdresser had made a mess of my blonde hair. David transformed it. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the team. Super efficient, great job and friendly.

I love this saloon! The staff is paying attention to every detail and takes good care of you. I come here regularly since a few months and every time I leave the place I'm very happy with my hair. I always ask fur the same hair stylist, because his style fits mine perfectly :)

Paulina was silent, and I wasn't sure we understood each other, but she turned out to be a high-class specialist. The effects of her work are as good as my hairdresser, even though we met for the first time. I highly recommend it

Best thing that has ever happened to my hair. Omid is a perfect hair stylist and a great person in general. Never left that place disappointed, although have been regularly going there for almost 3 years now(And not going to stop ;) ).
