Always busy, but the staff still take the time if you want help. The main thing is, if you are looking for ideas for gifts just a wander around the shop can give you the inspiration for something personal. And a checkout is even faster than a delivery.

Fantastic book store! They have every kind of literature material that reading lovers could wish for... And the god part is a complete separate and big section for books in English. There are books and magazines for all categories..fiction, science, non-fiction, thrillers, pleasure, information, comics, art, humour, natural and technical sciences, hobbies, parental, spirituality, health, cooking, sports, languages, games etc. Spread over 2 floors within the Alexa mall, there's also a small but good reading area within. Apart from literature, they also have souvenirs, calendars, gifting & packing material and other seasonal stuff.

Awesome bookstore with massive 3 floors for display , great arrangement with headlines for types of books you need. Lots of souvernirs for any kinky little things you have. A very wide range of books and specificly mangas

What a delightful bookstore with a good variety of English books and other Misc accessories too. They have a floor on which you can sit and read peacefully and grab a cup of coffee too. I loved the concept of wrapping books in brown sheet so that you "don't judge a book by its cover." Highly recommended.

Great variety of books and notebooks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a good selection of board games as well. I was searching for a guest book for a long time and I've found a big selection of those here :)

Nice three -floor shop with a big amount of books, notebooks and even presents and cafe. A lot of information about whatever you want - from cooking to weapons history. I was really enjoyed to find a bookshelf about bullet journalling.

My son loves this place, in special the living room for reading. For me it's ok, but I buy my books in other libraries.

Maybe they should have more titles in other languages, keep in mind that Germany would needs 400k immigrants per year, maybe it's important think about that

Nice bookstore with a significant english section too. Very helpful and polite staff who were kind enough to gift wrap our items. And many a books were actually cheaper than their sale price on Amazon

Beautiful store with many floors that can satisfy any of your needs. We purchased some great magnets and books from the international section as we don't speak German. Harry Potter fans will find some hidden gems here ✨ There are also many gift ideas, teas, funny and smart gadgets if you need some help thinking what to get for your loved ones.

Wide selection of books, board games and quite a few other things. The English books section is also updated and well curated. Worth visiting this store if you are a reader and visit near Alexanderplatz. If you are a tourist during the colder months this place is a welcome reprieve providing a warm place and a few good ideas to browse upon while you wait

One of my favorite two book shops in Berlin. The variety in books is great, every gender and type, and then a great offer in gadgets, decoration and extra stuff. It's anine section is SUPER complete, a lot of different ones and full collections

Here, the way of placing books and giving presentations is wonderful :)
It also sells small items and cute postcards, so it's a good place to look for Present.
It's very large, but it's really tidy and easy to find books !!

Even though it is a little limited for the international people. I found a good selection of books. Like other stores they categories their English selection.
They also have lots of other stuff that you would expect a modern bookstore to have.

I could live here. Great variety of Books both Deutsch and English. Staff are simply wonderful. always follow their recommendations once you state your favourite genre.

Wide Variety of books, Journals, General staff in more than one floors. I enjoyed the little time I spent there.

I find my stuff so I like the store* they also do free home delivery, when they haven't stock the product.

Helpful, professional staff, great selection of books. Attended a wonderful public reading there as well.
