19grams Alex – Roastery & Lab

Very nice and bright coffe house close to Alexanderplatz. They have an in-house roastery which offers a fresh and high quality coffe. Cakes and brownies are also present even though a bit pricey. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a nice variety of grounded coffee which I ended up to buy 😊 I recommended stopping by if you are nearby

Came here for a quick coffee and ended up staying for the brilliant 24,24€ deal for two lunches and two coffees. The coffee tastes brilliant and my miso cabbage dish was light and flavourful. Definitely recommend for brunch or lunch!

Good and friendly place.
But the HIGHLIGHT was the Bombay Sandwich. OMG! One of the best things I've EVER eaten. Period. Deserves to be on the menu of a Michelin star place.

had a breakfast and coffee here. real good, had their seasonal winter porridge and it was fab. the cold brew I drank was amazing. really chill vibe inside with good music and friendly staff.

also had a brownie the day prior and it was also great.

two different speciality coffee beans 🫘 to choose from (for milk based coffees). The „Wild at heart“ (house standard bean) and another one which is normally more fancy 👒.
If you pay attention to milk 🐄, the used Brodowin milk is Demeter (organic), not homogenized and one of the best.

Please tell the chef the September special blew my mind!!! Most inventive and beautifully put together breakfast I've had in a long time. With the perfectly poached egg, fennel, toasted hazelnut, charred broccolini and I can't remember what other goodness.. wow!
My husband's almond croissant was fresh, not overly sweet and the best he said he's ever had.

A cafe for coffee that is really hipster. The roast is delicious, and we had a wonderful brunch, but the eggplant was the highlight of the meal. In addition to that, give the rice porridge a shot. I have tried a lot of other cold brews, but this one is by far the best. Additionally, the personnel was friendly and kind. In general, it's a pleasant adventure to have.

A nice branch of 19grams. Not the most chill or cozy, but a good alternative for a quick coffee while passing through Alexander Platz. Also... I just love their coffee and the service was a delight.

We really enjoyed our time here. We had the scrambled eggs and salmon and the summer breakfast, pictured below. We also had an espresso and the English Breakfast tea that they have. All of it was spectacular! It reminded us of home, as Portland natives — it felt like a trendy neighborhood bistro back there. Highly recommended and a great spot for breakfast or brunch.

Number 1 in my top 3 specialty coffees. Not only they have excellent roast, the food is excellent as well. The brunch is worth the try and the almond croissant is one of the best I taste in my life. Everything of the decoration is well decided, everything is clean and the attention is very good!

19grams serves one of the best coffees in Berlin they are a cafe / coffee roastery which means they roast there own coffee in-house. They are similar to an Australian style cafe place,which means they also server nice brunch food, not like most other coffee roaster places in Germany that just serve good coffee but no food. Here you can actually go for Brunch and have a Egg Benedict or other yummy dishes. I can only highly recommend them.

You get a bottle of free water as u get seated which is amazing. The chai latte was amazing!! Its just a little hectic in there and loud. But i think that was just cause a lot of children were running around. The staff was really nice and still tried to keep calm even through it was stressful which radiated great atmosphere.

Friendly and caring staff, delicious food, like really-really good, I had to compliment the chef. Coffee is also great. Conveniently there is a bottle of water on each table, and they will bring you the next one, when notice you are almost done with geh first. The space is well organized, lots of tables, enough space in between, music is not too loud, you can come with your laptop, small or big group of friends, the place is just accommodating.

I only had a cappuccino but it was perfect. It's rare to find a café where the milk texture is this good. The coffee was chocolaty with a nice berry-like sweetness. Just what I looked for today.
Mind you, there's a roastary so it's a bit louder inside.

Excellent for brunch + work. They have a dedicated conference room for this purpose that has powerpoints under the bar tables with a huge work table in the middle. I was very productive that day. Cauliflower dish I had was amazing too.

A place to go for good coffee. They sell beans and serve coffee here, there are usually a couple of options for espresso based drinks, and a batch filter option. Desserts are decent as well.
