Decathlon Berlin-Alexanderplatz

People are amazing here! Special thanks to Anton who patiently took care of my bike and my problems. I do not speak German so he spoke with me in English, I had lots of issues with my account/email and he was super patient and kind. They fixed my bike within a day which was super quick as I know and saw how busy they are. Decathlon is so lucky to have such amazing personnel. I was a bit upset about how my bike got in this condition and came a bit angry to Decathlon but thanks to these amazing people and especially Anton I left happy and Decathlon remains a very good company in my mind!

The chain on my bike broke and I took it to the shop at Alexanderplatz where Paul and Anton, after checking the guarantee, immediately repaired it and handed it back to me.

Massive sportware, tools and equipment for hiking, swimming, camping, running, biking, yoga and fitness store with endless aisles. Basically, they have clothing and gear for every sport. The prices are very good especially on discount items and the staff is very useful. Selection is huge for all ages. Highly recommended.

Such a helpful team, Matthias in the bike department help me to get a cardboard box for a bike so I could transport it. Great customer service!

I was there with my husband to buy tent and some other stuff related to campaign. One of the staff member called Michal was so helpful and kind. He helped us to find perfect tent for us plus he guided us to set the tent and explain everything. Clean place with lots of variety. We will definitely gonna go again.

This Place is so huge you can test ride their bikes inside, and people do. I had to buy ping pong paddles, and they had a table with all the paddle so u could test them out and play a game. Incredible. I have never seen a larger selection of sports goods in my life.

My favorite sport shop. The one in Rathaustrasse is a massive store with endless collection for every sport's necessities. Love their behavior and the collections as well. The price start from .99 to 500 euro or more.

Enormous collection for a wide variety of sport out there! It’s comparable to an ocean under a roof. Very centrally located. Hardly 20 to 30 m walk from the S Bahn Station Alexander Platz. I would rate it as the best decathlon outlet in the Berlin.

I was there to buy a bicycle for my son. My german is not so good. In the shop, I asked Ülün for support. My son has selected one bike that appeared good for our purposes. She gave me a lot of good new recommendations and finally we chose another bike. In the end, it was the right choice, he was very happy. Thank you very much for the good advice and the very good support during the shopping. Ülun was also very friendly and patient to my son during the discussions.

About the products I would say “you get what you pay for and maybe even a bit more;)” everything is very affordable and good quality!

As good as it gets, no more words are required. The staff are very kind, the variety of clothes/ cycles/ sporting equipments is beyond match and the prices are very very reasonable. All in all, this is like an IDEAL business establishment in Germany! I am uploading an image of a cycle I got from Decathlon. I strongly recommend everyone to visit the store before making a sporting purchase decision.
