On vacation in Berlin from the UK, I was worried because my German is bad but I really needed a haircut. My last haircut in the U.K. was bad. I needn’t have worried. Dennis (the Ukrainian stylist, I hope i got his name right) was fantastic. He listened extremely carefully and took great care to do what I wanted. It is obvious that he is very talented but the important thing is that he was very conscientious. Thank you!

I visited yesterday for the first time.

I was very nervous as my normal hairdresser is in England.

I had an appintment with Tim for a full head of highlights and a cut and blow.

He is AMAZING. Thank you so much. Tim really looked after me, listened to what I wanted and took so much care with my hair. I was smiling ear to ear and am so happy.

If you are looking for a good hairdresser then this is the place. Yes its more expensive but you pay for what you get.

My only wish is that I could give this salon 12 stars. Each experience, every stylist on many occasions has been impressive. Not only do they offer a spa-like atmosphere but they also provide a kindness and a genuine respect to your individual wants and needs. I would personally recommend any stylist. My last trip to Icono was to see Dennis. He is a miracle worker! 👌

My friends and I reserved a place for 3 people. The staffs are very nice and well informative. The staffs give very good advice and all my friends were very happy with their haircut. My hair stylist, Marlen Poguntke tried her very best to cut a haircut that fits my style, the results are exceeding. Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a haircut.

Have been using them for over a year. Great experience, from the massage chairs to the quality of the cut. Was great for me as I needed somewhere open after work and their opening hours let me actually get my hair cut! Personal recommendation: ask for Enkhmaa :)

I’ve been going here regularly for about two years now and my hairstylist has always been Bri Jenson. Every time I get my hair done by her I am assured it will be getting exactly what I envisioned! 10/10 would recommend :)

Loved the staff. My hairstylist Armita didn’t speak much English but someone else came to translate to her regarding what I wanted. That was really nice.

Ive had one haircut here and it was great! Definetely would return. The girl was really friendly and did a fantastic job. She really took the time to know what i wanted and they even have massaging chairs!

The hairdresser I know since he learned how to cut hair works here. He's still the best I know and I've never found a better one! Therefore I drive to Berlin every now and then just to get my hair done at ICONO. The service is always perfect and the salon is minimalistic and chic. Perfect ambient to relax!

Due my trips between Stockholm and Berlin it was kind of an hassle finding a good stylist cause lack of time. Luckily a russian friend of mine recommended me Marina at icono, which is located very central at Friedrichstadt Palast. To make things short: ever since marina treats my hair once in while, I feel super pleased. She def keeps my style up 💯💯💯👊💥❗

They did a great job on my hair and the salon is very comfortable with coffee and massage chairs :) I highly recommend going to Icono. It was rather expensive but definitely worth it to get a high quality result.

I was told before even landing in Berlin that I should go to Icono no matter what. They use the same products I was using before: Goldwell for colouring and Olaplex for excellent maintenance. Tim speaks Ebglish and German and has got everything done impecably. Excellent price too.
